Dit mooie huis beschikt over 8 slaapkamers en 11 badkamers, met een speelkamer en een prachtige leefruimte. Er zijn meerdere dekken buiten het huis, waaronder een groot dakterras en een overdekte patio aan het strand. De keuken is volledig ingericht met alle gereedschappen en benodigdheden die u nodig heeft om een grote vakantie maaltijd te bereiden! Met 3 niveaus van leven, een dakterras, is er ruimte voor iedereen in het hele gezin om zich te verspreiden en te genieten van het leven aan de oceaan!

PARKING: 5 auto's (4 in de garage en 1 op de oprit horizontaal geparkeerd)
Overloopparkeren is beschikbaar op ons kantoor in Oceanside, gelegen op 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Als u lunch- of dinerplannen wilt maken, raden we gasten aan om "Eetopties" te bezoeken op het tabblad "Dingen om te doen" op onze website. We raden ten zeerste aan om Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub te bezoeken, een visrestaurant dat lokale vis en producten serveert.

Great space for everyone. Right on the ocean and clean and comfortable. Perfect for a nice family gathering for mom’s 80th as well as time in the ocean and easy access to pier etc.

Fun reunion

Great location and massive beach house perfect for a multi-family reunion. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Only down side was a clogged drain that made the bottom floor smell a bit, but fortunately we didn't have to go down there much as we had enough bedrooms on the 3 other floors and we enjoyed the rooftop tremendously.

Breathtaking house!

This house was absolutely incredible. I stayed here for a girls weekend, and we were all in heaven. It is gorgeous inside and out. It was so clean, and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies. Honestly, in all my travels, this is one of the nicest houses I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it!

Beach Living at its best!

moms 80th birthday

Great house for big groups with stunning views

It is the perfect place to hold a corporate/work retreat with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. And the views are breathtaking! The amenities are sparse however particularly in the kitchen. It has the essentials but be prepared to bring all of your own supplies; trash bags, spices, detergent, etcetera. I love the place and would recommend it to any large group.

We felt honored that you chose our home and we are so happy that it accommodated your corporate/work group so well. I'm not entirely sure why you are saying to bring your own trash bags, spices, detergent etc, we do provide you with all of those items. We provide enough of those items for a couple day stay. There are a lot of the basic items to get your started, we also provide a list of items on our website (under what you need bring) that you will need to bring with on your trip which includes saran wrap and foil for left overs. We don't provide maid service so unfortunately we can't provide items that cannot be restocked on a daily basis, ie. shampoo etc, but we do provide some basics items to get you started such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cooking spices etc. Thank you for review and we hope to see you all again soon.

Four car garage parking was a bit challenging. Not everyone would be able to use it, or want to take the chance of something going wrong when operating it. So, I would not count that feature as a reliable one for a lot of people.

great rental - close to legoland

Reviewer Comments: Great house. exactly as pictures show it. we spent most of the time on the middle floor where the kitchen is. wish we had more time there, but was a great place. rooms were great. The keypad to the garage was broken when we got there and the heating was broken as well. both were fixed immediately. really nice house in a great location. right on the beach. would go again. beware: late checkin at 4pm, and early checkout at 10am. They say they need this to turn the whole house over, and it's a big house. but beware that it is late and early. only wish they would provide more garage openers than the single one. but not a big deal since they had a code for the garage

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great but it’s on a beach that is missing sand. We went for my wife’s birthday and had multiple people there and multiple people were bleeding from the ocean because you cannot hang out right there where the surf is because there’s rocks that will cut you. They did not disclose that to us, we asked them because of another review and they lied and said that the beach was wonderful and the beach was re-sanded and everything was nice. That was a complete lie and now they offered us 10% off of our next visit if me book within the next 30 days. We spent nearly $10,000 on a home we couldn’t use the beach. We asked for a half of our money back and they refused. Use this company again.

Nice House, No Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All families should know that there is NO BEACH AND NO BEACH ACCESS. It’s all rocks now. Our family has vacationed on the strand in Oceanside for several years. The last time was 4/5 years ago. Read about the problem with the beaches on the strand before spending a lot of money. This house was nice but our trip was ruined because we are a beach/sea family. No walks on the beach, no boogie boarding for the kids, even the locals drive to areas where there is a beach. SO SAD because we love the Oceanside strand. Umbrellas need to be replaced and lights are needed on the top level. We hung out on the roof to enjoy the ocean. You cannot see the ocean from the bottom level.. the rocks are in the way. The house is fine if you do not need a beach.

Thank you for your feedback Shanda. We’re deeply saddened that you felt this way regarding your stay with us. We want all guests to know that the tides are not only time of day based, but seasonally based as well. Tides are traditionally higher this time of year, and we do provide tide charts on our website. Also, the beach access during lower tides is on the north west corner of the property. There are lights on the roof, and if a guest cannot find light switches, we would be more than happy to send a serviceman out to assist. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for my 60th birthday. The beds and pillows were perfect. We hosted all our grown kids and Grandkids as well as my Mom. There were 24 of us ranging from age 3 to 83. Since the stairs were a little difficult for my Mom she stayed mostly in the dining room where some of us were at any given time. We brought her some jigsaw puzzles and the kids would help her with that through out the day. She was pleased to find bars in her shower to hang on to while showering. We were quite happy to find 2 coffee pots. We had brought our own Kurig thinking one coffee pot would not be enough but we really did not need it. There is everything you need in the kitchen but a crock pot would be nice. We were able to borrow one from my brother who lives near. We cooked up some bar b que pork for our little luau. The private beach was perfect for little ones. We brought beach toys and were able to relax and visit on the sofas while watching the kids play. The older kids enjoyed the ping pong table. The views from my bedroom was amazing. Falling asleep watching the ocean and waking to the same. We were also able to view the ocean from the shower! We had a difficult time with the lift so someone was sent right over to help us. The roof was perfect in the day to soak up the sun and in the evening for relaxing in the hot tub. This was the most wonderful time and we will take these memories with us always. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for large Families to stay!

Oceanfront Rental Oceanside, CA

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent home. Very clean and very well stocked. Good location and ocean views and sunsets could not have been better. Was extremely impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. Not always the case with other rentals I have done. There were some maintenance issues such as garage door opener not working and outside lights on stairs to patio not working, but reported all issues and hopefully they will be taken care of. Lights on stairs definite safety issue. Do not consider this beautiful home if you have mobility issues. As for the Property Management Company, started off excellent, then the person I was working with left. Spoke to another lady prior to arrival that was helpful. I had been promised a blow up bed for our stay. When I called prior to arrival to confirm I was told it was not listed on the contract and might be a problem (make sure your contract reflects all discussions and commitments). There are surely a lot of rules on the side of the Property Management Company. I made one phone call to the Property Management upon arrival about the bed not being there. Again, said would try to locate one. As it turned out, they delivered and air mattress (not acceptable) that did not hold air. Never saw, spoke to or heard from anyone upon arrival or at any time during our stay. Any other rentals I have experienced someone always met you at the property to show you around and how everything works. Not really personalized service after the initial sale.

We replaced the batteries in the garage door remote, and have called an electrician about the outdoor lighting. We apologize about the miscommunication on the air mattress, and reacted as soon as you informed us of the situation. We do hope that overall, you enjoyed your stay and have great memories of Southern California.

Oceanside House Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely excited to rent this house for our 3 day trip to San Diego and were slightly concerned about the price but felt it was worth it due to being on the beach with rooftop deck and plenty of area to enjoy the outside. This house is NOT what you want to rent if you intend to enjoy the outside amenities to this house and the neighbors to the south of the property are NOT happy that this is now a vacation rental home. There is a very ambiguous policy that states any noise complaints received after 10pm will result in a $1000 fine but we were fined $1000 without any noise issues after 10pm. Owner is extremely unreasonable, renovations were not complete so beach level access was unsecure and open to the public and we were forced to close all windows and come inside at 6pm on our 2nd night of staying there and were still fined $1000. Do not rent unless you intend to spend most of your time inside, make no sound outside and pay an extra $1000 on top of the already expensive fee for house rental. The hot tub was filthy and barely warm, bathrooms only have soap and towels so bring what you need, kitchen utensils cheap and flimsy, security very questionable in this house, neighbors not nice. We made the best of our time while staying here but this cost us an unplanned for extra $1000. Property management also told us we would not be fined the $1000 unless they were called back (which they were not) and while having this discussion with management the owner was charging us the $1000 fine anyway. I am giving them the rating of One Star because that is the lowest rating possible but I would lower it if I could. Beware and do your homework--we were the first people to rent this as a renovated vacation home so we had no reviews to go off of and won't be back or make that mistake again. Location is great but the neighbors ruin the neighborhood feel.

Hello Kendall, thank you for the review. We agree that if you are planing on having a loud party or celebration at 2:00 am in the morning, this residential area is not the place for that kind of group. We are very sensitive to the fact that all of our renters are on vacation and want to have a good time, but when police get involved, we have to protect our company, as well as the neighbors. The first night the police were called out by neighbors at 2:00 am. There was a warning given the next morning. The second night the police were contacted again by neighboring properties. Our management company was contacted by concerned neighbors as well (one of which is a vacation rental property). Our noise policy is clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We are sorry you had such a negative experience, and typically if we know that our groups are going to throw loud parties, we direct them elsewhere. ~Warm Regards, Beachfront Only
