Family Vacation

The location is perfect! Only a couple blocks off Main Street where you’ll find great restaurants and retail stores. Walking distance to multiple trailheads. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our family had a great vacation!

Frisco Gem!

Loved the Frisco condo. Two full bathrooms plus the vanity/sink in the master bedroom was so great! Condo had everything we needed! Awesome location - walked to hiking, shopping, dining, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfort and Convenience

This is our second stay at this property for a Fall getaway. It is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA easy walk to downtown. Note that there are stairs to get to the unit which is on the second floor.

Great Frisco location

Our group skied and snowboarded at multiple mountains around Frisco. The rental was a wonderful base for our trip. 15 to 30 minutes away from each mountain we went to. Walked to dinner each night on main street. Will definitely return. 5 stars!!

Nice Frisco condo....just needs new mattresses

The condo was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient for traveling to many ski areas nearby. There were a great assortment of condiments, spices, which was very nice for food preparation. Our only reason for probably not booking this condo again was that the beds were quite uncomfortable. They were not up to the standard of today's average hotel bed, being very hard . Note to the owner.... please post if you buy some nice pillow top mattresses!!

Thanks for the good review. Sorry about the mattresses being too firm for you guys. You're the 1st to complain about this; however, we've now invested in brand new 1000 coil count Beauty Rest pillow-tops in both bedrooms (as of May 2017)!

Great Place & Location

We rented this place for the Month of January 2023 with the focus to be within walking distance of the Frisco Main Street which we VERY much were so we could enjoy the various restaurants, Aprea Ski venues, etc. Also, it was a perfect location from which to downhill ski, Cross Country Ski, and Ice Skate which we did several times with the ultimate in snow conditions in Years. The location of this place was instrumental in all the activities we did. The place was well appointed with all that we needed in the Kitchen and Bedrooms. Plus, the Gas Fireplace was so warm and inviting for those cold days we had. The Parking was easy, right outside the Unit (up 1 flight of stairs). We enjoyed the Hot Tub which was certainly helpful after some of the cold Skiing days we had. I would assume that with the location and comfort of this Unit it would also make a perfect summer venue as well.

Frisco Find

We totally enjoyed and appreciated this rental. From start to finish, including adding an extra day to the original reservation, this was just what we wanted. Breck and Keystone are only 15-20 minutes away. Main Street Frisco is just a block away. Condo has two bathrooms but also an additional sink in the master which lets everyone get ready easily and simultaneously. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Comfortable bedding. Immaculate. Well equped kitchen. Owner provides EXCELLENT checkin and checkout info and tips for your stay. So easy to work with!! Special shout out for the humidifiers provided and lots of outlets for all that charging we need to do these days. Thanks!

The property is older, but it was clean and has had some nice upgrades. Lighting in the kitchen needs to be addressed. As well as directions. I had to look for 10 minutes or so to find the unit we were staying in. The mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are hard. The ice in the freezer was probably made last spring. As usual, there is a substantial cleaning fee added, but also a long list of things renters need to do to clean up before they leave. I am finding this increasingly annoying, and its not only a VRBO issue.

My directions to find the place are quite thorough and easy to follow. Never heard this complaint in 11 years of renting our condo. Our check-out request is to throw any laundry in a pile in the living room and load the dishwasher if you have time...

We loved our stay at Rick's condo. Place was as advertised, clean, very comfortable, great access to Frisco Main St. and Zach's Stop trailhead. Pool facility for condo complex was super convenient and enjoyable. Rick was the perfect host - communicative and clear information for checkin and checkout processes. We would be delighted to stay here again!
