De inrichting is absoluut prachtig, waardoor je je echt thuis voelt op het strand. Locatie is perfect, direct aan de overkant van de Golf van Mexico / strand, en het is een korte wandeling naar restaurants en winkels. Huis bevat een grote bijgewerkte keuken met alle benodigdheden van thuis, waaronder zitplaatsen voor vier aan de eettafel, afgesloten zitkamer voor huis. De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. De logeerkamer heeft een queensize bed en er is een extra slaapkamer beschikbaar op de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er zijn tv's w / dvd-speler, gratis wifi, hardhouten vloeren en tegels overal, en onlangs gerenoveerde badkamers. Home heeft een zeer grote tuin met een grote patio voor vermaak, een verwarmd zwembad, ligstoelen, zitplaatsen voor 6 op de patio tafel en BBQ.

Neem de trolley naar het centrum van Fort Myers Beach (de beroemde bekende pier en het stadsplein) en restaurants. Strand, vissen, vogels kijken en ontspannen in een comfortabele, bijgewerkte eengezinswoning.

Lovely Property

The house was located away from the busy tourist side of town for a quiet getaway. It had all the amenities to be very comfortable. Having a private pool made it perfect. Short walk to the beach. The only thing that could have made it better was if the master bathroom had a shower stall. The spa tub did have a hand held shower wand that sufficed. I would definitely recommend and would book here again.

Great place!

Loved this house, and the pool was an added bonus! We were a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. We prefer the south end of Ft. Myers Beach—less traffic (although there was construction), walking distance to restaurants, quieter, close to Bonita Springs restaurants and Lovers Key park. I rode my bike there! We had everything we needed at the house—perfect!

Great Fort Myers Beach Stay

Enjoyed a family vacation with two toddlers at this property. House is spacious and backyard pool was great. Beds could have been more comfortable and a couple areas slightly cleaner but overall we really enjoyed it and would stay again. Location was ideal for us! Thanks!

Great place if you have low standards.

Major road construction outside your front door. 4 of the 6 outdoor cushions are missing covers. Front porch blinds do not work. Unable to open the windows. The dishwasher is a major catastrophe as the bottom rack has no wheels. It also smells horrible. There isn’t a sharp knife in the place. One shower in the home and that is not in the master bath. Screen door in master bed room is in disrepair. I contacted the management company. They claim not to know anything about these items. The told us they would get right on this and resolve the issues. I’m checking out today and haven’t seen anyone in 7 days. Cigar butts and litter in the back yard. Best: plenty of items to use at the beach The pool is great. The location to the beach is great. It could be a really great place with some effort. I wouldn’t stay here until all these things are fixed.

Private pool and close to the beach

We had a great time. Excellent communication from property owner. House was clean and stocked. Pool was clean and warm. Please note that since it's not covered when the wind blows leaves do fall in the pool. There is a skimmer. Lots of chairs and pool toys. Beach access is about 1 block away. Beautiful beach with tons of shells. Location is away from all the chaos of Ft. Meyers Beach. We typically went south towards Bonita Springs for dinner. This property is an excellent value. And I would highly recommend.

Beautiful

This was a very nice house with an amazing pool. The location was perfect for my family and I. We were not in the mist of all the normal vacation sites, restaurants, the pier, large crowds. It was close to the beach and the food market. This was truly a great house with all the amenities to boot.

Very comfortable!

My family had a wonderful time here! We arrived and then realized it was a pandemic, so we mostly quarantined there. Great place to quarantine with a private pool. Comfortable beds and very clean! Property manager was very kind and helpful!

A Great Vacation

Warm Season Fun Vacation with Family

Great Summer Rental

We had a wonderful vacation in this property! It was clean with the upgrades we were looking for. The master bathroom is so cute! The pool was at the right temperature, the beach is right across the street. Would recommend to family!

I should have looked at a map of the island

Let me start out by saying this property was very nice and my family and I enjoyed our stay of a week at this location. The house was nicely decorated and most everything inside the home worked well and the master bedroom and bath were as indicated in the pictures, very nicely done. The second bedroom and bath were a bit small in our opinion but was as the pictures indicated and were nicely decorated. The WIFI and TVs worked well although it took a bit to figure out the four remotes for the TV, DVD, surround sound, etc. I would recommend a simplistic instruction paper on how the remotes work to help make things much easier for your guests. The kitchen was nicely done and very large. We did have several issues with the property. The first is the distance it took to get to a public beach access. While the wording in several places on the VRBO website for this property states “Location is perfect, directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico/beach, and it is a short walk to restaurants and shops”. While this is technically correct it is my opinion that the closest public beach access to be a mile and a half away. While there were other beach access points closer they all had signs indicating they were private beach access and for the use of members of certain properties. If there were other public beach access points available a welcome page with this information would have been very helpful. In my opinion the description of the location of the property to the proximity of the beach is misleading to the point of being deceptive, again my humble opinion. Also of concern was the pool. The pool was a nice size and in a secluded back yard but in my opinion was very dirty when we arrived. As prior in-ground pool owners we found the pool net and spent over an hour to get the pool clean so our children and grandchildren could use the pool. The other issue with the pool was how cold the pool was. Never during our stay did the pool feel as if it was being heated and in my opinion never felt “heated”. After looking at the paperwork we received from the rental company when we checked we notice in the fine print that the rental company could not guarantee that swimming pools would be heated or at what temperature. Lastly, every time I turned on the dining room ceiling fan on it would trip the breaker in the breaker box, you may want to have an electrician take a look at this.
