Dit adembenemende romantische pand is zojuist in 2018 voltooid en bevindt zich in een hoek van de Eleven Eleven Ranch. Dit luxueuze pension is ideaal voor elk stel dat totale ontspanning zoekt in het romantische heuvellandschap met een prachtig uitzicht over de lange afstand. Slechts drie mijl van Canyon Lake en tien mijl van het Wimberley stadsplein, zijn een overvloed aan winkels en restaurants slechts een korte afstand ofwel weg.

Het huis was professioneel ontworpen en ingericht zonder kosten te sparen en dat blijkt! Met verhoogde plafonds en open balken, een ruime open plattegrond en kamerhoge ramen zodat u van binnenuit kunt genieten van het uitzicht. De master suite heeft een queen size bed en een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche. De woonkamer biedt een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte om rond te loungen en staat volledig open voor de eethoek en de volledig uitgeruste keuken met gloednieuwe apparatuur. Er is ook een half badkamer en wasruimte, beide uit de woonkamer ook.

Zitten op de overdekte veranda met uitzicht op de 100 acre ranch en absorberen de mooie en rustige omgeving; wat een heerlijke plek om 's ochtends koffie te drinken terwijl je je dag plant! 'S Avonds laat u al uw zorgen in de privé-hot tub weken tijdens een zonsondergang in het heuvelland die u nooit zult vergeten!

A truly amazing property! Check in was very easy and the house itself was beautiful. Everything from the kitchen to the patio was beautiful and the information in the property and location information binders was the most thorough I've ever seen. If you're looking for somewhere to get away, but not too far away from some of the great things that Hill Country has to offer then this is the place.

The details and thought put into this beautiful home is nothing short of amazing. My wife and I had an wonderful time. We picked this home because it was central to all the places we wanted to visit, but once we got to the house, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back.

A Perfect Hill Country Escape

Our stay at Eleven Eleven Ranch was nothing short of delightful! So many special details and unexpected extras, like beautiful fresh flowers on the table, to a lovely charcuterie plate specially prepared for us in the spotlessly clean fridge, we felt like we were warmly welcomed and can't say enough about the beautiful casita and property. We were mesmerized by the birdwatching. The view of the Wimberly Valley is unmatched, and the perfect temperature hot tub was a real treat. And the location was ideal. We ventured to Wimberly one day, Gruene another day, and always looked forward to going "home" at the end of the day, to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is so well equipped it was like cooking at home. Thank you Sandie and George for your hospitality.

Great Stay

This was our 3rd stay at the Eleven Eleven Ranch and it was just as fabulous as the previous visits. Despite the frigid temps we were warm and toasty inside the luxurious cottage and in the hot tub. The kitchen facilities are excellent and well equipped. Everything was provided for us - even laundry soap. We frequent vacation rentals 2-3 times a year and this is our favorite! One suggestion: if you don't like using Keurig coffee pods, I suggest bringing your own French press, theirs is very small (one cup).

Couples Retreat

This property! Just wow! All the things you could possibly need and tons of little touches to make it special. We were fortunate to stay on NYD and the Christmas decor around the house made it feel so cozy and romantic. I have been looking at this property for a while and so glad we were finally able to lock it down for our anniversary. The unplug we did from work to just sit and enjoy the hot-tub and scenery was a real reset. Appreciate the owners taking the time to make it a very nice stay.

Hill Country Getaway!

We enjoyed our staff in this paradise in the Texas Hill Country. It was a very cute guesthouse with everything that you would need. It was close to great spots like Wimberly, Canyon Lake, and Blanco. I would recommend this place for sure! We loved it!

Spectacular House and Views

The house was spotless and the back patio views of the hill country were spectacular. The location of the property made it easy for us to get to our day adventures. Truly one of the best houses out there!
