This property was everything we had hoped for. The hosts were responsive when questions were asked and quick to communicate when I was deciding if this was the best place for us. The house was clean and easy to follow all the directions that were laid out for us. I would recommend this property 100x over.

Wonderful home, everything was perfect. Loved the house itself and the outdoor area and pool were great. The area was safe, stores very close by and about 30 minutes to the beach. We had surprise visitors our last morning there - 2 adult dolphins and a baby dolphin off the dock, couldn’t have asked for more.Would definitely stay here again.

This house was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations. The absolute highlight was the pool and patio area—the screen-in cage is beautiful, pristine and made for the perfect spot to unwind completely bug-free.Inside, the house was immaculate and spacious. The a/c was perfectly cold allowing us comfortable days and amazing sleeps after moving our son into the University of Tampa. The property is an easy and short drive to the UT campus and the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe. Julianne was fantastic—highly responsive and readily available anytime I reached out. We couldn't have asked for a better home base or location while navigating the college move in. Highly recommend and we will definitely book this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a full week while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation! The house was exactly as described — beautiful, spacious, very clean, and finished with so many thoughtful touches. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax, and the outdoor space was such a great bonus. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by providing a few extra items to help with our graduation brunch, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. You can truly tell they care about their guests having a great experience. The location was convenient, the home felt fresh and updated, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We live in Tampa with our 2 young kiddos and enjoy spending time outside - whether that's playground hopping around the city, hanging at the pool, playing golf or visiting the beach as much as possible! We are so excited to host guests that love the Florida lifestyle...there's truly no better place to make memories between the water and growing city attractions, and we hope our home can be that special place for you.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

Bay Crest Park is a hidden gem in Tampa - 10 minute drive from the airport, 15+ min from the epicenter of the city where you can find amazing restaurants and shopping, and 45 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the US. We love how centrally located this neighborhood is but also how peaceful it is right in the backyard.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

We love being outside and this back yard makes it a special place to relax and have fun with your family and friends. Between the pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, yard games and dock, there is something for everyone to enjoy. And although the outdoor space makes this home stand out, the interior was thoughtfully designed to be luxurious, yet comfortable.
