It has a big living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with a dining space for two people. If the property is booked by only two people, the second bedroom is cloesed. The first bedroom has a double bed (200 x 200cm) with an electronically adjustable head and foot section. The second smaller bedroom has separate single beds (90 x 200cm) and can be booked in addition on request. It is ideal for a third and fourth guest, or if there are two of you but you prefer separate bedrooms, otherwise bookings for two people include one bedroom only. The barrier-free bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and was renovated in 2010.
You can start the day with breakfast on the big balcony with a beautiful view. There is a car parking space right by the house and bicycles can be parked in the garage.
You can use a washing machine and a dryer on request.

Popular places of interest include Raesfeld Castle with an animal park, the Wellbrockquelle, the old Freiheit district right by the castle, or the thousand-year-old “Femeiche” oak tree in the Erle district. Many events are held throughout the year in Raesfeld, such as the Kappesmarkt in the autumn, farmers’ markets in various seasons, or the Christmas market in the castle courtyard. A special feature in the summer is the three-day “Music festival in the countryside” with international orchestras and artists by the historical moated castle.
