The apartment building is in the well-known tourist destination of Rabac in Istria. It offers newly renovated accommodation and is only about 300 metres from the beach.

The apartment has a living room-kitchen with a coffee machine and everything required for cooking. It also has a dining table and satellite TV. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. The air-conditioning is payable by consumption by the chip card.

The terrace affords a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the forest. It is just a few minutes from the apartment to the beaches at Rabac, just 350 metres away in a very quiet area.
