Great mini-vacation on the beach! Condo was excellent, very clean, lots of amenities on property. The beach chairs and umbrella feature was quite handy. Hosts very responsive. Highly recommended.

The condo is very pretty and comfortable. Our favorite place was the balcony with its comfortable furnishings and beautiful views. It is very convenient (within walking distance) of restaurants, shops and the fishing pier. I highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

We always love staying at this property and try to come back every spring and fall. Tyler, the host, has thought of everything to make for an amazing stay. The condo is large, clean, completely stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The condo is conveniently located near some really great restaurants and short drive to downtime for other fun and activities. Our favorite part is the view from the balcony! We love sitting on the huge balcony and watching the sunrise and sunset right on the beach.

The host was very welcoming and communication was excellent. We had a great stay. The condo has direct beach access. The balcony views were spectacular for sunsets and enjoying sunrises with our morning coffee.

Penacola did not disappoint. The condo was fabulous,clean plenty of room . Well-stocked kitchen beach supplies chair, buggy, toys,towels,floats anything you need. Check in was breeze. The host was the best I ever has quick response, pleasant genuinely nice. Would differently book again. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops. The veiw was breathtaking. Love love it.

The condo was perfect and just like the photos. The Host Tyler was exceptional with providing instructions and gave us a list of restaurants and entertainment in the area. I highly recommend going to the Naval Museum! I will definitely book with him again.

Great view of beach and ocean from the living room and bedroom. Nice balcony accessable from both as well. A short walk to the beach through the pool area and down a boardwalk. Can't beat the sand on this beach!The condo was clean, roomy and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer in-room was a plus. Very good location to many restaurants and shops.Tyler the host was great at communication, and offered a helpful list of restaurants and places to visit.We loved seeing the Blue Angels practice!We spoke with others who have stayed at the Emerald Isle more than once, and we would return also.

The unit was clean and very nicely furnished as advertised. Fabulous gulf view from a spacious patio. Not too far from the boardwalk shops and restaurants. The host was very accessible and check in was a breeze.

This condo is great and Tyler was a fantastic host. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach: beach towels, beach toys, cooler, extra chairs, even a wagon to get it all there. If you are traveling with a toddler consider bringing some foam corner pads for the table, but other than that just bring the food and drinks and you’ll be all set. Tyler also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do; just ask and he’ll point you in the right direction. We had a great trip and highly recommended.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Pensacola Beach. The rental was lovely, views were outstanding, and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. Having access to the hot tub was a nice plus
