It was a wonderful weekend wedding in the Northern Neck. I had our you married adults in from Phoenix and North Georgia. Fabulous location and impeccable apportions. Barry has thought of everything.

The most gorgeous waterfront VRBO! Beautifully decorated and everything you need. Such a peaceful area and we could walk to the coffee shop for breakfast (The Local) and for dinner at The Bistro.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house and we surely will come back. We particularly appreciate how clean and fragrance free it is as, the lovely water view and outside sitting areas as well as the attention to detail and upscale design touches. We wouldn't change a thing and feel very much at home. Thank you Barry!

Wonderful house to stay at. It is truly lovely. It is large and open, well-appointed and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Very well maintained. The outside seating areas are great for visiting. And the pier- it was so well done. My family had a great time kayaking off of it as well as reading and relaxing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely Easter weekend in Irvington! The home was well appointed and spacious for our family. And when we learned everything in town was going to be closed on Easter Sunday we were able to find everything we needed equipment-wise to make our own meals in their beautiful kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay and found the house exactly as advertised. It was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property.The beds were exceptionally comfortable with high-quality bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare family meals, and we never found ourselves wishing for anything.One of our favorite features was the five bikes that were available to use. They made it easy to explore the area, whether riding to 77 Local for coffee, heading over to Dredge for a drink or meal, or browsing the local boutique shops. A Food Lion is only about a 12-minute drive away, making it convenient to stock up on groceries.The outdoor space really sets this property apart. The dock is fantastic for relaxing by the water, and our family spent plenty of time there. We also enjoyed the cornhole setup and gathered around the outdoor gas fire pit in the evenings. It truly has everything a family needs for a fun and relaxing getaway.Overall, this is an excellent vacation rental that we would happily recommend to friends and family. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Loved our stay! Restaurants and shops are closeby. We rented a boat for two days and docked it at the home. Weather was wonderful for October. Barry is an excellent host! We will back!

Exactly what we needed - stunning location, quiet and restful time on the water, house had everything we needed, view from the bedroom and sitting room were gorgeous and all within a 10 min walk of 4 brilliant restaurants and a hotel that has a day pass covering tennis, pool, golf, pickle ball etc etc.

This is a spectacular property! Refreshingly clean, bright and cheerful and wonderfully warm, comfortable and welcoming. Gorgeous setting and the location is ideal and convenient to everything. Nothing is better than a few days at this gorgeous property! The host is outstandingly supportive when it comes to communication, the house is clean and well appointed, and the location cannot be beat!
