It was a smaller apartment type condo feel which i love and grew up with. If you don’t like a high rise and are ok walking up a couple stairs, it’s perfect! We were close enough to the beach to easily walk, pool was great for the kids and never crowded. Seemed very family friendly. Close to the bay so you see the pirate ship on the water. The condo was perfect for our family. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath with the pull out couch the kids loved. Condo stayed cold, water stayed hot and we even had same day Walmart delivery so i didn’t even have to leave to grocery shop! Watched fireworks on the bay multiple nights for the Fourth of July!

We have stayed at several rentals in the area over the years. This one is a listing by a property management group so expect an outside link and request for additional information. The property was as pictured, nice and clean and within working order. Expect to park under the unit. The unit was located on the second level of a condo unit via stairwell with doors opening to the outside walkway. You can easily see the beach by scooting a chair or standing by the railing of the back balcony. The boardwalk that meets the beach shore is a short walk down the stairwell and past the outdoor pool. There are several beach chair/umbrella rentals along this strip of beach but it was easy to set up a spot to enjoy the beach. The condo comfortably fit a family of 5 with use of a pullout sofa & provided linens. The kitchen had the items we needed to cook meals after a grocery pick-up. There was a basic coffeemaker. We brought our own but you’ll need 12 cup size coffee filters. There was a toaster, crockpot, cookware and bakeware, pots, pans, etc. (no oven mitts however). Included from the property group was a small kitchen basics box and bathroom toiletries in each of the 2 full size bathrooms. There were several empty large bottles of body wash & shampoo on each of the bathtub rims that seemed out of place but everything was clean. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

Check-in was super easy, great beach access, close to everything. Could have been slightly cleaner and we could not figure out how to connect to the wifi (but neither of which were a huge issue). Overall a wonderful place to stay! We had so much fun.

It was a great trip. Little trouble getting in but quickly resolved. Well stocked kitchen. The appliances were good too. Great location and close to the beach.

Apartment was as listed with some very minor cosmetic issues. Very close to the beach, shops, and dining. Pool was small but well shaded a nice break from full sun. Stairs and step in tubs can be hard for older family members . Parking was not an issue for small / midsize vehicles, larger SUVs do not fit making the parking lot difficult to navigate. Overall satisfied with our accommodations and room amenities.

We were locked out of the condo 2 times with the key pad not working. While communication was good, we were standing out in the tropical down pours which was disappointing. The air intake grate was not clean at all. There was much dust behind the furniture that caused allergies to kick up. The towels were clean but had holes in them. The condo was comfortable however these few inconveniences were disappointing.
