Beautiful construction, furnishings and neighborhood! Super clean and well-stocked. River is quick walk into backyard and pond across the street. Great gated, safe neighborhood for walking. Would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect. We loved our stay. Didn’t need for anything and the house was so cozy and comfortable. The only complaint was the mosquitoes were so bad we couldn’t utilize the outdoor space.

This is a nice property with comfortable rooms and nice kitchen and patio with outdoor fireplace. I don't think the townhome has AC -- so it can be a little warm in the upstairs rooms. But you can open the windows and cool it off nicely. Two rooms have very nice en suite bathrooms with large tub, nice shower and lots of closet space. We stayed for 2 nights in July.

This was a great family vacation location with two master suites, plenty of beds, a large kitchen, and plenty of indoor space for gatherings. The beds were soft but very comfortable. The kitchen and BBQ had most everything you could need for summer cooking. The BBQ was quite large and very easy to use. Plenty of pots and utensils were provided. The hosting staff had very quick responses to text based questions. All the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The outdoor space was one area for improvement. While the patio was large, the grass was not cut for many days and acted like a big bug attractor. The bugs were a pain and could be better with proper outdoor maintenance. The sprinklers would also turn on at dinner time multiple times for a 30 min stretch. So you or your kids were very wet when you used the grass.One other concern was the upstairs suite shower which could not drain fast enough. You couldn't take a long shower before you had water start to accumulate. This made the rock floor feel slippery.Two other recommendations to the owner would be to consider AC for summer months. It would take the upstairs bedrooms quite a while to cool down before bed with the windows open. The younger kids will struggle to go down with the heat of summer evenings. Secondly, the community has a clubhouse with a pool. The owner does offer to provide acesss to another pool but the convience of case access is missing.Overall this was a wonderful Mccall experience!
