This beautiful vacation home is located in the Hagbügerl vacation village on the outskirts of Waldmünchen. The town center, with its many shopping options and restaurants, is a 15-minute walk away.<br><br>Hagbügerl—a vacation resort where you’ll feel right at home!<br>For younger guests, the resort features a lovely playground, a soccer field, and a barbecue area. A local inn entices visitors with delicious meals (for a fee).<br><br>The Type B1 vacation home, built of wood, is a 2-room duplex apartment for up to 4 people (approx. 50 sqm; 1 crib for a toddler up to 2 years old can be added to the reservation).<br><br>First floor: Living/sleeping area with upholstered seating, color TV, dining area for 4 people, kitchenette with electric stove (oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker),<br>shower room/toilet, storage room, access to the furnished terrace.<br><br>Upstairs (accessible via stairs from the living room): <br>1 private bedroom with a cozy sloped ceiling and a double bed, 2 single beds on the open loft, and an additional restroom.<br><br>This is a non-smoking home; please smoke only on the terrace.<br>Pets are allowed in this home.<br><br>Meals: Self-catering<br>Breakfast or half-board available at our vacation village restaurant.<br><br><br>Included in the rental price:<br>Our guests enjoy free and unlimited daily access (except on rest days and maintenance days) to the swimming area of the Aqua-Fit water park in Waldmünchen! <br>Use of the sauna area is available for guests aged 16 and older for an additional fee.<br><br>Recreational activities:<br>There are numerous mountain bike tours and long-distance cycling trails for both ambitious athletes and leisurely riders. Explore the beauty of this area in hiking boots, with Nordic walking poles, or in running shoes.<br>You can try something new with e-bikes, for casual cyclists, or Segway tours.<br>The nearby “Erlebnisraum Perlsee” offers many interesting recreational activities. There you’ll find a beach with a lakeside restaurant and pedal boat rentals, a mini-golf course, a high ropes course, the “Räuberhöhle” playground, and much more.<br>Horseback riding lessons are available year-round at the Perlsee Riding School. Anglers can also pursue their passion at the lake.<br>The Waldmünchen vacation region also offers a varied children’s vacation program, with something great in store for every child.<br>You can play golf to your heart’s content at the nearest golf courses (about 12 km or 16 km away), at the “Golfclub Furth im Wald” on the Voithenberg or at the “Golfclub Wutzschleife” in Hilstett.<br><br>In winter, you’ll find pure enjoyment in the beautiful natural surroundings. Sledding, curling, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing on up to 60 km of trails—most of which extend across the border.
