This fantastic finca with a large infinity pool was built on a mountainside and has unique views as far as the sea. It is located near Manacor. The balcony and terrace offer you a fantastic view of the Mallorcan countryside with almond and carob trees. A quiet place where you can spend a wonderful vacation.

First floor:
Here you will find the spacious living room with fireplace and dining room. Both rooms have access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is modern and fully equipped. The dining room can also accommodate larger parties.
There is a bedroom on this level with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and en suite shower room. Next to it is a small guest WC.

Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, one with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and en suite shower room. The second has a double bed (two mattresses 90 cm x 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom is very large (70 m²) and has a double bed (two mattresses 90 cm x 200 cm), an en suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and a large dressing room with a shower. From the balcony adjoining this room, you have a breathtaking view as far as the sea.
The finca is of high construction quality and stylishly furnished. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and there is central heating for cold days.

Outdoor area:
Every area on the first floor has direct access to the surrounding terrace. In addition to a chill-out area with lounge furniture, there are two dining areas with either shade or sun. A spectacular infinity pool adjoins the terrace. In the garden there are various sunny and shady spots under olive and lemon trees to linger, enjoy or relax on the sun loungers. The other 30,000 square meters are an adventure playground for children.
The finca offers unobstructed views from the hills behind Arta over the lowlands of Son Severa to Capdera and continues along the coast to Porto-Cristo.

Pool:
14 m x 4 m, depth: 120 cm - 160 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural fresh water and is cleaned with chlorine.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. There is a surcharge for bookings under the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. Intermediate cleaning is not offered, on request an intermediate cleaning can be negotiated on site. The service is payable in cash on site.
