We loved staying at Mud monkey!! The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 13. It was also very convenient to be right across the street from the beach and there was plenty of parking space for 5 cars, 2 golf carts, and two trailers.

Great location. Perfect accommodations for my family of 13. Of course during our two week stay unfortunately all 13 were not there at the same time. Lisa was always prompt in getting back to me if I had a question. Would stay there again.

The house was really roomy. It could use a few minor touch ups. One of bathrooms there is slight portion of wallpaper peeling off and one upstairs bedroom ceiling has stain from what appears to be rain leak in past. The downstairs bathroom the shower may need some adjusting as more water comes out of the faucet head then the shower. There was some food items in the kitchen cabinets when we arrived; however, we did use any of them. Some were expired so possibly the cleaners should go through them. I would stay here again even with the above minor concerns. One of the best things is the proximity to the beach area!!

Overall we had a great time, the weather was perfect and the house is very spacious. There were a few minor concerns that we alerted the property owner about but would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location and perfect size

House is in the most perfect location. Love the back deck to have dinner and just hang out. Excellent water pressure and temp for many to shower back to back. Great parking too! Definitely would stay here again

Annual Family Beach Trip

Once a year my Belton daughter and family and my Seattle son and family spend two weeks at the beach. Mud Monkeys was very accommodating and even though all 13 were there for only two nights it was a wonderful fun experience.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property! The location was fantastic, the house was beautiful and worked wonderfully for our large group of 11. The beach was steps away, close by everything we needed. We can't wait to be back and hopefully book this property for our next summer vacation!

Fun family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Garden City. It was so convenient to get to the beach as the access is directly across from the house. We couldn’t have asked for better weather.

Great stay!

Great location, close to beach and pier just a few blocks away. House was well equipped. Having the robot vacuums available was a plus, easily ran them when we headed for quick clean. Having fenced backyard was also big plus for the pups! Would def stay here again!

Great location

This home is right across from the beach and close to stores and the pier. The house is nice. The only downfall is that the beds didn't seem very clean and the carpet is very stained. Overall was a great vacation!

Mud Monkeys

This is our families third year staying here. We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. Love sitting on the deck and being able to walk where we want to go.

Nice place

Place was exactly as described on listing. Nice back yard area (not fenced in) to take dogs out. Ample parking and very short walk to beach. Property manager was easy to communicate with and checked in with us during stay.

Family Time

Loved our stay at Mud Monkeys! Easy and short walk to beach! We all loved hanging out on the deck—especially the dogs! Owner was super quick to respond to questions. We would definitely book again.
