Here you’ll find a modern unit with ocean views and a spacious floor plan that combines comfort with sophistication.<br>From mid-April through the end of September, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach.<br><br>The bright and inviting living area features a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs with footstools, and a TV.<br><br>The kitchen area is modern and open to the living-dining area, and is equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen.<br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>The bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and an additional TV.<br>The furnishings are modern and high-quality, with lighting adding a touch of style.<br>Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.<br><br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat.<br>A sauna, a modern shower, and a corner bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax.<br><br>A spacious, furnished, west-facing balcony with a view of the sea invites you to linger.<br>The apartment is equipped with fly screens.<br><br>Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed from our front desk (located directly on the premises).<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).<br><br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.<br>Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.<br>One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.<br>The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
