A modern, family-friendly apartment on the first floor of our apartment building welcomes guests—dogs are welcome, too.
The layout is exemplary, the design is skillfully planned, and everything is very close to Schillig Beach.

Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen warmly welcome you.
From the hallway, two steps lead down to the lower-level living area.
Featuring a cozy sofa nook, this space stands out with its built-in kitchenette and spacious dining area with a table and four chairs.
Featuring a timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The windows are equipped with fly screens.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cozy warmth on cooler days.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the bathroom—with its own sauna and full amenities—can quickly become a wellness retreat.
A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.

A spacious, furnished, and covered balcony facing south toward the waterway invites you to linger. A beach chair completes the Frisian ambiance here.

Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at our front desk (located directly on the premises).
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.
One parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
