Je bent op het strand! Zwem, snorkel, surf of ontspan gewoon op het strand of in het zwembad! Geniet van de natuurlijke schoonheid van Kauai! Het is allemaal op slechts een steenworp afstand!

Uw tweede verdieping, uitzicht op de oceaan Lanai ligt op slechts 100 meter van de oceaan in het zonnige South Shore Poipu-gebied van Kauai, 'the Garden Island'. Je wordt in slaap gesust door de oceaangolven en de passaatwinden die door de palmbomen in het aangrenzende Prince Kuhio Park fluisteren. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer is 180 graden, van oceaan tot berg. De sfeer hier is 'Classic Hawaiian', zacht en relaxed.

Twee stranden liggen elk op drie minuten lopen en bieden beschermd zwemmen en snorkelen met schildpadden en vissen in het rif, evenals surfen bij PK's, Centers en Acid Drops op het buitenrif. Veel meer stranden en surfspots zijn in de buurt. Dichtbij zijn alle Poipu en Koloa restaurants, golfbanen, winkels en diensten. Andere attracties van South Shore Kauai liggen op een klein eindje rijden. Mis het Beach House Restaurant niet, aan de overkant van de straat, beroemd om het prachtige uitzicht op de zonsondergang.

Waarde! Dit is een van de best bewaarde geheimen voor huurwaarden in het Poipu-gebied. Onze prachtig ingerichte appartementen met één slaapkamer zijn onlangs volledig opnieuw ingericht met nieuw meubilair. Het beschikt over een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer met uitzicht op de oceaan, een volledige keuken, een eethoek, een badkamer, een wasmachine / droger en een woonkamer met uitzicht op de tuin. Huisdieren zijn NIET toegestaan, niet roken. Het terrein is weelderig aangelegd en beschikt over een zwembad, een barbecue en een overdekte parkeerplaats. Prince Kuhio is een klein complex en wordt door 'The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook' beoordeeld als een 'solid gold value'.

Incredible in every way
From the view of the gardens just out the front door, to the view of the ocean out the back and everything in between, this place is breathtaking! The hosts have worked to think of everything one might need, including scuba gear & beach towels. As one other reviewer said, do not be concerned with the lack of air condoning. Once the windows are open, the ocean breeze keeps the apartment at the perfect temperature. Would heartily recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again. This is one of the best

Great space and location!
We loved this place! There was so much space for the 2 of us and the balcony with the ocean view and breeze was a dream! Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. I was nervous about not having AC, but with the windows open, the wind kept it perfectly comfortable! We also didn’t have a car during our stay here but found the area to have plenty of walkable access to beaches, food, and shopping.

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed for cooking some meals and enjoying the beach. We slept with the door open for a nice breeze and the condo was never too hot. The Rooster alarm clock does go off pretty early but we were able to go back to sleep most mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Our bit of paradise
Second time on Kauai & at PK, & both booked through Vrbo. We love this condo complex for its location & quaintness. This place was lovely & well equipped with washer & dryer. The dishwasher was a suprise! The sound of the surf from the bed & the fountain from the couch reminded us we were in paradise.

Honeymooners!
This was our first time visiting Kauai and we loved it! It is very different from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, which is where we started our Honeymoon. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and the wildlife was unreal (Monk Seals, Turtles and fish)! We also had a car for part of our visit, which gave us the opportunity to travel around the island to different spots including the hike through the canyons, which was amazing. We will definitely be visiting Poipu again!

Enjoyed our patio view of the ocean, easy access to Poipu beach with its safe snorkeling, and proximity to the Beachhouse restaurant (make reservations early in your stay). Utilized the fully equipped kitchen for meals as well. Check in was very simple. Would definitely stay here again.

This wonderful place exceeded our expectations.
This is a very nice place, good in every way. With all the unknowns in coming for the first time to this island, it's always a bet guess about how a place will turn out to be when we actually get there and see it. The location is very good but there were several glaring problems. 1- no ac 2- told it would sleep 4 but that is not true. The couch is not comfortable and the "futon" is a joke as far as sleeping is concerned. 3-The sun comes right in the bedroom at 5:30 or so and the unit desperately needs blackout curtains if you want to sleep past 5:30 am. We cannot recommend this unit until the above items are addressed. Now, it should also be noted that the unit was well stocked in all respects and the property is well maintained and the gardens are quite lovely. Best for two people assuming the corrections are made.

Nicely appointed condo in great location
Patty and Doug made our arrival very easy. The condo was well appointed with several new appliances and kitchen redo. They provided spices, cleaning materials, paper towels and bathroom toiletries. The lanai off the bedroom had a quiet view of Prince Kuhio Park and a great view of the ocean across the street. This is a good find.

In 2008, we retired and moved to Kauai after vacationing in our Prince Kuhio condo for nearly 10 years. We are now able to make improvements and completed a re-model with new cabinets, appliances, granite countertops and carpet.
