Located in an established and quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything The Colony has to offer. You'll enjoy a comfortable, family-friendly setting just minutes from Grandscape, Topgolf, The Star, PGA Frisco, shopping, dining, and major attractions throughout the area.

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay.

For your convenience, the home features self check-in with a smart lock, allowing you to arrive anytime after check-in without coordinating key pickup. Your unique access code and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Want to keep enjoying the pool as the weather cools down? Optional pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Our Fall Pool Package heats the pool for your entire reservation, with package pricing generally ranging from $250–$475 for stays up to 7 nights, depending on the length of your stay.

The pool is heated to approximately 82–85°F, although the exact water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.

Message us before or after booking for exact pricing for your stay. Pool heating must be requested and paid for in advance.

*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
*A propane tank is provided for your convenience, but we do not guarantee that it will be full upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing or exchanging propane if additional fuel is needed during their stay. We do not provide propane refills or reimburse propane purchases.
*Due to Texas weather and our warm climate, you may occasionally see a bug indoors, especially after rain or during seasonal changes. The home is professionally treated by a pest control company on a regular schedule. To help keep pests outside where they belong, please keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
