Breng uw kajaks en paddleboards om te genieten van deze gerenoveerde open plattegrond, 2 slaapkamer huisje op Swan Pond. Peddelen 2 mijl langs Swan Pond River naar Nantucket Sound of doe het rustig aan en verkennen Great Island een korte afstand! Geweldige locatie! Alle gemakken als je de snelweg af te sluiten, dan ontsnappen aan het geluid van de wind fluistert door de bomen. Osprey en zwanen noemen deze plek thuis! Op korte afstand van het fietspad en wandelpaden. Dubbele openslaande deuren naar een ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht op Swan Pond. Tafel met 4 stoelen op een betegeld terras voor een heerlijke eetervaring buiten. Een kingsize bed, 2 aparte bedden, 3 zitsbank, volledige futon. Volledig ingerichte keuken met Keurig koffiezetapparaat! Internet en uitgebreid kabel met flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler. Nieuwe koelkast en stapelbare wasmachine en droger. Gas grill met propaan, strandstoelen, paraplu en koeler. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid!

Swan Pond

This property is right on the pond. It is cozy, clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Kitchen is fully stocked. The living room has two sofas that are very comfortable and so are the beds! We had a wonderful time!

We love this little place

This is our second time coming to the cottage and we are going to try to book it for the fall. Also, we love the quiet and the pond. Everything about this little cottage is amazing if I had the money I would try so hard to buy this property.

Cozy and peaceful

We really enjoyed staying at Peggy’s pretty hideaway on Swan Pond. Loved being right on the water - great view and it was easy to get our kayaks in and out for a paddle. House was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with amazing views

We stayed here with our dog and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and very cozy with lovely views of the pond. The location is fantastic and nothing was better than reading a book on the hammock and watching the sunrise. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, especially if you have a dog and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for a fall weekend. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The location on Swan Pond was beautiful -- sunrises over the pond were spectacular and could be viewed from the deck or anywhere in the house as well!. The dirt road approach was not as bad as some reported if taken slow. We had no problem with it. Very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks!

Beautiful site

We came in October. The cottage is well-furnished and in a quiet and lovely location right on the pond. We had our dog with us. All had a refreshing and relaxing time. Highly recommend.

A beautiful vacation property

This fabulous property was perfect for our 5-night getaway! The house was immaculate and included towels & linens, air conditioning, 2 kayaks & a canoe for exploring Swan Pond, in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers & life jackets. I was happy to be able to bring my dog and she loved hanging out with us on the patio while enjoying the water views and nature all around. This was my idea of a perfect vacation home - it was well equipped, had comfortable furniture and the owners responded quickly to any questions I had. I look forward to another vacation in this well-kept home on Swan Pond!

Birder’s delight!

We came up in October for a long weekend. The house is just as pictured, and Peggy was a gracious host. The highlight for me was waking up to both a beautiful view of the lake and an amazing array of birds. The sunrises over Swan Pond are spectacular. Our 11-year-old daughter loved the hammock. Just a cautionary note- watch out for ticks! It’s in the woods. All in all a great vacation.

Cozy Cottage Retreat

Perfect for a getaway. Close to everything but private. Loved kayaking on the pond and great outdoor spaces. Beaches are a short drive away. We especially love the Cape during the off seasons, either spring or fall after labor day that way our dog can join us! Place was clean and the furniture comfortable.

Peaceful

Second time staying at this wonderful home. We enjoyed mornings on the deck over looking the lake, days kayaking down the river to the ocean and peaceful nights under the blanket of stars. The house is packed full of windows, so even on our one rain day we were able to enjoy the panoramic views of the lake and nature. Weekend getaway

This was a great weekend for my husband and me. We wanted to relax and just spend some down time together and this was the perfect place. The house was clean right on the water beautiful views. The working fireplace for the cold nights adds that extra touch it was a very peaceful weekend. I would defiantly come back again.
