Good afternoon I hope you are well and I send you my best regards It is a pleasure for us to have guests like you, who enjoy spending a few days at the beach. This is one of the reasons why we love to work as it is nice to hear that you have had a good time. Regarding the check-in process, I apologize for what this causes, as it is one of our regulations to request the physical card with which the customer pays. In this way, we protect the cardholder from any type of fraud that may occur. Unfortunately, we are not exempt that on some occasions our information is misused without a protocol to prevent it. Initially, the client is informed of this regulation so that when he/she comes to check in, the client is already aware of this. Again I apologize and hope to see you again enjoying this place.
