Thank you for submitting a review - we appreciate that! So glad you enjoyed the home and your time here on Isle of Palms. Sorry to hear that about the fridge. I don't believe anything was reported while you were here on that? We are very responsive. Always know you can call us and we will help. We have not had any issues with the fridge after your visit. Sometimes when guests arrive, they will over load and it slows the cooling process down. Glad we had extra fridge in garage for your use! Hope to see you again in the future! EP Team

IOP Vacation

Our stay at Brach Daze was excellent! We had a group of 12 from ages 18-82. The house was well equipped with everything we needed (a very well stocked kitchen), the beds were very comfortable and the location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We loved the roof top patio and took our cornhole up to enjoy in the evenings!

Great Home for LOTS of people

We were there to celebrate an 80th birthday with family from everywhere. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone super comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you can possibly need. It is walking distance to the beach which was a great plus. We were extremely happy and plan to return again. The house is great.

Well decorated up to date clean home!

Our family spent the holiday weekend in this gorgeous home! We had eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms to spread out. The weather was beautiful and we were able to walk to the beach 100 yards away and to the many restaurants nearby. The house had a large living and dining are which was perfect for all of us to be together. We are already planning our summer vacation here!

Annual Family Vacation

The house was very spacious and clean. The family room and kitchen was great when we were all together. The deck on the roof was a nice place to be in the evening. We rented a golf cart to get all of our "Stuff" to the beach. It was a lifesaver.

Amazing Vacation!

This was the best property we've ever rented! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, the leasing office was kind and prompt - lots to do near by but we didn't even want to leave the amazing home. It was spacious and sooooo clean. They even left us with a binder filled with amazing suggestions on activities. We will be back!
