We had an great experience. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy eating on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. Just steps from the beach. It was so easy to call to get beach chairs and umbrella. With me being in a wheelchair, so easy to call and get a beach wheelchair delivered. And the wheelchair accessibility walkway, made so much easier for my family to get me to the beach. We had an amazing time!

Best place on the beach!

Beautiful and super clean condo with the best views of the beach! The property has everything you need for an easy and relaxing vacation. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful condo and location! Had everything we needed. Easy check in and also great that it was earlier in the day to check in. Stayed there once before and loved it then.

Great Condo

The condo was great. Very clean and neat and roomy and beautiful ocean view. The only drawback was the construction did not allow me to use the balcony all week but very much enjoyed my stay otherwise. Much thanks

I did let her know when she booked about the building construction and that she probably could not use the balcony. Not my fault so not sure why she lowered my rating for something beyond my control.

Best View on the Beach!

Really no complaints at all. The unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes , pots /pans etc.. Coffee maker + Kurig was good to have. The enclosed pool was an nice bonus. Great escape on a hot day. Thanks very much Mary Ann for hosting

Great Vacation and Perfect Location but concerns about Mold and uncleanliness in the Unit

We arrived last Saturday and we had a great vacation after addressing several concerns. One of the first things we noticed in the Master bedroom was Mold on the ceiling and coming out of the air vents. It was absolutely active spores and I am currently in treatment for mold toxicity and Lymes Disease. I expressed my concerns and Mary stated it was Mildew and she did come the next morning and clean with a mold and mildew cleaner, but I feel like this should’ve been noticed and taken care of before having guests. It wasn’t just a little it was a lot and it was also in the living room on ceiling from where the vent blows. The guest bath when first entering had mold all over shower curtain from top to bottom, however; she did bring a new curtain to replace. The from bathroom tub would not drain water and she had to also bring Drano. The Unit was not cleaned ready for guests. There were several things that were left dirty such as refrigerator, toaster, tons of dirt and debris under kitchen table, and the headboards had tons of dirt as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.I expressed concerns about the cleanliness she said the cleaner does not have time to clean other than a wipe down and I found that to be very unsanitary. I had to clean the first couple days of my vacation to ensure it was sanitary. I own a business and I know my clients rely on reviews. Our experience was not the same as past reviews. I had to stay out of condo as much as possible due to the mold.

I have always gotten very good reviews on the cleanliness of my condo. This lady has a cleaning company and came in looking for things to complain about. I gave her the cleaning deposit back and I offered to give her money back if she wanted to leave but she stayed. So she could not have been to concerned. At the beach harmless mold and mildew often appear. I came immediately and took care of it. My cleaning people clean for a good 3 hours where the rental companies I have seen are there less than an hour. My other reviews speak for themselves.

This unit is advertised as the best views on the beach and it’s absolutely true! There's nothing to obstruct your big living room window view of the ocean. But don't worry, there's still somehow a nice beachside balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The unit was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The building itself was quiet and well maintained. Never a long wait for the elevator and plenty of luggage carts. The onsite covered parking was very convenient. The beach access was simple and not a long walk. The owner was very responsive to messages and the check in process was easy. My wife and I and our two young boys loved the place. We will be recommending it to friends and family.

HEAVEN ON EARTH-- AMAGING

This was the most amazing vacation ever!. Working with Mary Anne and being able to stay at her amazing oceanfront condo was so renewing. I loved the beachfront deck where I enjoyed family talks and morning meditations and praises. Family night consisted of watching old vhs movies. Everything we needed to cook a meal was at our reach... crackpot one day, hamburgers on the indoor grill... everything while listening to beach music on the available CD player. Thanks Mary Anne... all thumbs up and it was amazing to be able to meet you. I really respect that.. most people you never see. Thanks... we definitely recommend you to everyone and plan on another visit . Again... this condo was amazing, clean and everything you would ever want... and more!!!!

Beautiful Condo!

The booking and checking in processes were very easy. Mary Ann was a wonderful host with a beautiful condo. The location was perfect! Close enough to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The beach wasn't crowded and it was a very family friendly area. All of the guests in our building were courteous and friendly. We hope to book with her again next Summer!

Great place and owner - we hope to be back next year!

We've stayed in NMB 5 times in 20 years. This was among the best places we've stayed. Mary Ann was totally on top of everything and provided clear answers when I had questions. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent location and perfect for family with kids

We enjoyed our stay , the location of the property is perfect for beach lovers. Best views of the beach and the beach is perfect for kids. The owner was very friendly and communication was very fast . The property is little older but you won’t feel it with the beach and views. Property is very close to all shopping needs and safe place to stay . Only change I would recommend is to change the Mattress. Other than that we enjoyed the stay with our kids . We stayed for a week.

Best stay ever

Mary Ann is the best owner I’ve ever dealt with and that experience alone made a great trip. The condo is in the perfect location, you are literal feet away from the beach and the view from the balcony is great. Check in was a breeze and this condo has every appliance you will need during your stay. You are a short drive away from several super markets and restaurants and a brief walk away from Main Street. The building itself was cleaned in a consistent basis and the elevators come quickly. Overall my family had a great time. We will definitely book this condo again next year.

Loved it! Will come back!

We had the privilege of staying here for our oldest’s graduation celebration. The unit was so adorable! The Seashell themed house and the decor captured the beach perfectly, especially, since you can see it from every window! The sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom/porch are calming and serene. Miss Mary Ann was very sweet and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time there.
