Prachtig uitzicht op open velden met een prachtig gazon met 20 bloeiende druiven kersenbomen. Dit zeer prive-huis op 4 hectare is omgeven door een 34 hectare groot domein. Verwarmd zwembad 20 'x 40', terras met BBQ om buiten te eten onder wijnstokpergola. 4 slaapkamers. Beneden slaapkamer met ligbad, 2 meesters boven met ligbad en een 4e zeer prive en ruime slaapkamer met ligbad, een zitkamer en ruimte om meer te slapen. Gastronomische chef's keuken met 6 pits roestvrijstalen Viking fornuis / oven, magnetron / convectie, wasmachine en droger. De keuken heeft alle potten en bestek die een kok zou willen. Er is een werkeiland met wastafel, zithoek en tafel voor 6 personen. Formele eetkamer voor 12. Grote L-vormige woonkamer met open haard en een muur van ramen en deuren met uitzicht op het terras en het zwembad daarachter. Familie- / trainingsruimte met tv, spiegelwand, gewichten, schildersezel. Daarnaast is er een grote schuur / garage. Met air hockey en basketbal hoepel. The property is stunning! It feels like you’re on a mini estate with beautiful open space and gorgeous trees. The pool was fantastic. The location, a short drive from town and ocean beaches was ideal. Emilie was a fantastic host. The home is comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen and was perfect for our group of six.

Family vacation with 4 month old

The house is in a great location with a huge, private property that was fully fenced for our dog to enjoy while we lounged by the pool. Very relaxing, quiet, and spacious.

House/property was as advertised, a really great accommodation with lots to offer for all ages. Good convenient location in prestigious Southampton. Spacious and comfortable. We had a truly phenomenal time celebrating here with our entire family.

Southampton Golf Trip

Excellent communication with the owner prior to the trip. Personal visit made by the owner on the day of arrival to help us settle in and was then immediately available if we had any queries. Property we stayed in fitted our needs perfectly.

Our family spent two weeks at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, close to everything yet very private. The home was spacious and clean and very well stocked. The check-in process and communication with our host was seamless. Overall excellent home/property. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. The location is private and serene. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect and relaxing. Gorgeous property with a lovely hostess

We were four couples in town for a wedding, and each of us had a wonderful. Emilie, our hostess, greeted us promptly and gave us a tour of the property. It's gorgeous, especially the back yard. Perfect for long weekend! Very clean and had every amenity you would need. There was some confusion with the damage deposit, but Emilie quickly rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Gem in Southampton

Amazing! Emilie was a great host and was always quick to answer any question/concern. Her whole home is beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed the massive lawn and had total privacy the entire weekend. Highly recommend staying any larger group staying with her anytime. We were a group of 10 and never once felt crowded. Thank you Emilie and hope to visit your home again soon!!!!

A great place to stay!

My family and I travelled home to Long Island for a friend’s wedding. We stayed at Emilie’s home in Southampton and had a great stay - everything was perfect! The house has plenty of space and privacy, and everything you could possibly need. The kids had a blast playing on the in-ground trampoline, and swimming in the heated pool. Seeing the deer in the backyard each morning was surreal. The house is located close to beautiful beaches, and plenty of stores and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you again Emilie!

Great for a family long weekend vacation

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and enjoyed every minute in Emilie's property. The place is huge and provided enough private areas for when you just need a break from the rest of the family :). The kitchen is amazingly stocked with any tool you need for cooking which we enjoyed a lot Emilie, is extremely friendly and is super responsive. I bombarded her with questions and she always replied within a day.

Amazing weekend in Southampton

We were a party of 10 staying at Emilie's property and had an incredible time! Plenty of space for all to sleep and hang out. Beautiful property with a secluded feel and a great heated pool. Would definitely recommend staying with large parties.

Pefect Family Getaway

This is an outstanding property--perfect for a family getaway or a small group of friends. Can't say enough about the property itself--it's exquisite. Incredibly private and serene, with families of deer that come to visit in the early mornings and evenings. We have stayed in multiple houses in the Hamptons and this is by far the nicest property we have encountered. The house itself is great as well. Large family room, beautiful kitchen and lots of comfy bedrooms. Great location as well. Emilie was an outstanding host and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The home owner was extremely accommodating with our early arrival and late check out. The grounds, trees and pool are delightful. The home is sunny and bright with amble amenities for a group of 6-8 people.

STUNNING house and Emilie was fabulous!

My group had a great time staying at Emilie's beautiful house. Everything was perfect - the pool was heated, the house was clean, the lawn was manicured, we had enough propane for the grill, etc. I look forward to visiting again next Summer. Also, Emilie was always very responsive to messages and refunded my security deposit within 24 hours of me leaving the house. Highly recommended :)

Rest and Relaxation

The house was accurate to the listing description and pictures. The house was very comfortable. I loved that all four bedrooms had its own bathroom which made getting dress much easier. There are two tvs and free wifi. Tons of privacy from the neighbors. The best part was the location. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach and there's free parking. There is also a nearby grocery store and a few restaurants 3 blocks away for your convenience. The owner Emilie is a sweetheart and I had zero issues. My cousin even left her planner and Emilie was so sweet she mailed her planner to her. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has also released or security deposit with no issues. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay here because I would book this home again.

I studied French and Spanish and attended the Sorbonne. I received my Ph.D. from CUNY Graduate Center. I worked as a consultant for a number of American engineering firms in North Africa and Mexico. I was also Chairman of the board of the Fashion Group International for 8 years and opened offices in Paris, London and Toronto.

We fell in love with the land and the privacy, but close to everything (the ocean, village and bay). The nearest neighbor is 4 acres away. The house is next to a 34 acre tree farm preserve. The house itself is on 4 beautiful acres and has 20 flowering cherry trees bordering the rear and side of the property. You enter by passing down a lane with an 11 acre pasture where Jackie Onassis rode as a child and where the original Hampton Classic took place in the 1930's. It is a private sanctuary only 3 minutes from Southampton Village. You avoid all the traffic because you can jump off route 39 in Southampton and start enjoying your vacation in the top summer spot in the world as far as we are concerned. Fresh air, pristine beaches, fun events, concerts in the park and on the beach, farm stands, vineyards, boating and swimming and an easy trip from NYC via car, bus, or train. The house is perfectly situated between the ocean (5 minutes away) and a fresh water lake, hiking trails and bay beaches.

We remodeled the house by putting French sliding doors and a full wall of windows looking over the back lawn. You feel that you are living in nature with a stunning view of 3 acres of lawn in the back with 20 mature flowering trees and a full size, heated swimming pool. Surrounded by open fields that remind you of Kentucky, this is truly a special place. We then added an extra family room with a full mirrored wall which could be a dance studio or work out room and where we have an air hockey table. This connects to the huge 2400 sq ft garage/barn where my husband who was a painter could paint and our daughter who was a gymnast could practice on the tumble track. Now guests use it for playing basketball, ping pong and tennis on the backwall.
