We loved the property and its proximity to the beach too (although king tides made it a slight challenge - but not terrible). Everything was comfortable and well maintained. We were VERY grateful to have use of part of the garage to park our car! The backyard/patio was a blessing too. Our host was helpful when we needed a couple of questions answered. It's close to everything! Fantastic area. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Very good location and property was good. Had all the amenities we needed. The garage had more space than what was described in the other comments. I rented a Mazda SUV and it fit in the garage just fine.

Easy acess to the beach

Great property just a hop skip and a jump to the ocean. Very accessible to local areas and the overall property was perfect for us. Would recommend and stay there again when we are back in town.

10-day getaway

We stayed here after a medical procedure I had in town. It was the perfect spot for us, clean, comfortable and in walking distance of SO MUCH! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great beach stay for family

We had a great time, the yard area is amazing, the house looks just like the pictures. There is a grill, laundry, room to park two cars. Our family had a great time.

Spring break getaway

walking distance to morning beach walk and surfing. And just a bike ride to fun activities and food in both Newport and Huntington Beach. We had a marvelous time here!

Good location-two minute walk to beach. 2 parking spots were awesome to have.

Overall great place, would recommend fixing the screen door and updating pots and pans to nonstick.

Good news!! There is a brand new sliding screen door!! Ironically, the pots and pans are an extremely expensive all clad brand....the property owners are gourmet cooks!! You can't get better than what is provided!!

House was very clean! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything in Newport Beach. Ideally located to Huntington State Beach and Long Beach. Kids enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and toys available.
