Is het tijd om weg te zijn van de drukte van dit alles? Dit is de plek voor jou! Pensacola Beach is een mooie strandomgeving zonder de overbevolking die typerend is voor andere stranden aan de Golfkust en heeft voor elk wat wils. Er is genoeg te doen op het strand en in de verschillende restaurants, parken, sportmogelijkheden en uitgaansgebieden op loopafstand van ons strandhuis.

Het huis heeft een luxe design met 2 grote slaapkamers (1 omhoog, 1 omlaag) onder 4 BR's 3. 5BA's in totaal. Voldoende slaapruimte beschikbaar voor 12-16 gasten, inclusief een stapelbed kamer voor 6 plus 2 koningen, 1 koningin, 2 stapelbedden en een slaapbank. Het huis biedt topapparatuur, massieve werkbladen, uitgebreid keukengerei en keukenartikelen, flatscreen-tv's in elke kamer, buiten dineren, grillen, bubbelbad, vuurplaats en de entertainmentvoorzieningen die u nodig hebt om een stressvrije, klaar om te ontspannen week te garanderen .

Het strand ligt op 100 meter van het huis en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar via een loopbrug naast het huis. U zult genieten van bijna 1200 SF aan overdekte en openluchtbalkons met uitzicht op het strand - zowel golf als geluid. De 3 dekgedeeltes bieden u de keuze uit ontspanning, een groot achterdek met een overdekt gedeelte en een afgezonderd zonneterras, een groot onbedekt bovenste zonnedek naast de master op de tweede verdieping of 3e slaapkamer en een overdekt zitdek op de 2e verdieping aan de voorkant van het huis .

Met een gemakkelijke wandeling of fietstocht bent u slechts 500 meter van winkelcentra, uitgaansgelegenheden en restaurants. Of u kunt genieten van het grote gebied onder het huis voor cookouts op de meegeleverde grill. Er is een grote "speelgoed" kast die items zoals beach cruiser fietsen, paddleboard, rollende koeler, skimboards, boogie boards, kajak, frisbees, ballen, games, emmers, hangmat, schoppen en meer bevat. Het huis heeft nu een eigen zandvolleybalveld. Of u ervoor kiest om te bezoeken in de zomer of herfst, het klimaat is mooi en uitnodigend en de strandwindjes en uitzichten zijn altijd gastvrij. I can’t say enough great things about our stay at the Tiki Time Beach House. It is certainly a home away from home and has everything you need. Tammy was great to work with and very accommodating. We had 10 of us and were never in each other’s space. Our 4 grandsons loved the bunk room and all adults had their own bedrooms. The boys have already asked to go back and we will very likely do so the next time we are in Pensacola Beach! Close to everywhere we went and yet we didn’t feel like we were too close to big crowds. Loved it!!!

We had such a great time staying here! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, and the house was even nicer in person. It was clean, cozy, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.The location was perfect. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to walk down whenever we wanted. After long days in the sun, it was nice to come back to a comfortable house that had everything we needed. We spent our evenings on the porch listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze.The host was wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole trip stress-free. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome.This was one of our favorite family vacations, and we were honestly sad to leave. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Pensacola Beach. Five stars!

The house is amazing! Kitchen is stocked very well. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were nice additions at the end of a beach day. Plenty of parking and covered areas to enjoy in a rainy day. The house had plenty of beach chairs and towels and toys, coolers and a beach cart as well as bikes to ride. The second fridge downstairs was great for a large family on vacation. Tammy was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to everything. Less than a 5 minute drive to major restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. We would definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Everything you need for your stay!

This was our 3rd visit! We love everything about the house. The kitchen is stocked well! The toy closet has all that you need for the beach plus an extra refrigerator. The host is very responsive when needed. We love the close proximity of the beach. And when you’re tired of the beach, the pool and hot tub are a great alternative.

Much more than expected

There were 17 of us ages 2 to 65. Everyone had a great time. If we weren't at the beach which is walking distance, they could swim in the pool or get in the hot tub. Everything was perfect.

Great location and space

We were in town for Spring Break baseball tournament, our group included my husband and myself and our adult kids, total of 6. The split bedrooms and individual bathrooms were great. All of the rooms had access to a great outside space. The weather was a little cool and windy so we spent most of the time in the hot tub. We had 1 day when we enjoyed the pool. We loved the back deck, it allowed us to enjoy the sunshine out of the wind. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Amazing home and awesome location!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this vacation experience was for our family! Not only was the home immaculate and beautiful but the owners were top notch to deal with as well! Great people and so very helpful with everything we needed! Super nice, very friendly and always available for any questions we had! And not to mention, the location was perfect to watch the Blue Angels perform and the beach was just steps away! There was more than enough room for our family of 10! We truly enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again!! Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here! You won’t regret it! Best experience ever!!

Nice home, could have been a little cleaner, lots of details and instructions regarding little issues with home that should be addressed with maintenance. Air conditioner is right beside pool and it makes it very hard to hear someone talking at the pool.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiki Time. From the plunge pool, to the spa, to the toy closet, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house has everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Tammy and Curt were very responsive with any questions that arose. We were able to spend quality time as a family and make lasting memories!

First family vacation

Couldn’t have picked a better home for our first family vacation, EVER! Our family of 10 was very comfortable and used the pool and hot tub everyday all day. Beach is close and we walked it for every sunrise during our stay but the pool was refreshing. We had a couple minor issues with the home and Kurt was there immediately and took care of them on 2 separate days. Tammy and her crew made our stay so perfect. I can not tell you how easy it was to communicate with them and get a immediate response. This house if perfect not only is it nice and comfortable and you can't beat the location, they have all the toys to make it the perfect vacation. It was so nice we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the weather didn't want to cooperate. We will be back for sure

From the beginning of our booking Tammy was amazing, she truly wants you to be comfortable and have everything you need and more to relax and enjoy. Super short walk to the beach, everything you need in the toy closet for a beach day. Beds were comfortable, the house was fresh and clean when we arrived. Having grown up as a military daughter, I've always loved to travel, but having lived mostly in Pensacola, I never forgotten the beauty of the paradise where I grew up....Pensacola. The beaches are home to the whitest sands and bluest green waters and the Gulf of Mexico boasts the most enticingly warm play place. You simply can't beat the laid back nature of our area and will love the southern hospitality. It's the place where only thousands live, but millions wish they could. Makes us happy to share a moment in time here with everyone!

You'll enjoy the gulf and sound view from three balconies, appreciate the time to cook together and entertain with top end appliances & furnishings. Outdoor grill, wine fridge, kayak, paddle board, beach cruiser bikes, onsite sand volleyball court & beach gear available on the property. Sleeps 12-16 with ample parking. You won't find many cleaner or more updated homes and the amenities are unmatched. Guests who have stayed in other beach houses every summer are raving about the comfort, quality and spaciousness--stating it's the best beach house they've ever stayed in.
