Ervaar Puerto Peñasco als nooit tevoren in dit prachtige 3 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers miljoen dollar plus penthouse. Met 4.000 vierkante meter aan leefruimte (binnen en terras) en een prachtig 180º uitzicht op de zee van Cortez, bent u gegarandeerd van een onvergetelijke vakantie.

Het penthouse is kostenbesparend en beschikt over een privéjacuzzi, een barbecue en een natte bar op het uitgestrekte terrein van 1200 vierkante meter rond het privéterras. Vanaf de 9e verdieping krijg je een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op het strand en Peñasco (zie oude haven- en stadslichten links, de oceaan vooraan en zonsondergangen richting Black Mountain rechts). Je bent zo dicht bij het water dat je letterlijk op het strand kunt spugen (doe dit alsjeblieft niet).

Terwijl je binnen geniet van alle gemakken die je zou verwachten van deze luxe woning, waaronder 3 master suites, allemaal met volledig frontaal uitzicht op de oceaan, hemelbedden (elke suite heeft zijn eigen deuren naar het dek), een jacuzzi in de master suite, grote flatscreen-tv's in de woonkamer en elke slaapkamer, een wijnkoeler, een ijsmaker, een bar, een wijnrek, luxe meubels en overal marmer en graniet.

Alle woonruimtes hebben 11 voet plafonds en wrap-around 10 voet glazen paneel deuren die een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan bieden.

Met slechts 32 woningen is het resort een van de meest afgelegen in Puerto Peñasco, op de meeste dagen heb je het zwembad en het strand voor jezelf. Het biedt een enorm zwembad aan de oceaan met een bijbehorend zeer groot kinderbad.

Als u niet van het appartement geniet, kunt u ATV's huren aan de overkant van de straat voor wat plezier in het zand, parasailen, op een ultra lite vliegen, een golfloper berijden of paardrijden op het strand. Verschillende restaurants liggen op 2-3 minuten van het resort en nog veel meer winkels en restaurants liggen op 5-10 minuten rijden van het resort, waaronder de club van Sam en extra supermarkten.

Beautiful Penthouse & Wonderful Host

We had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse at Esmeralda for a recent getaway. Boan was a welcoming host. He provided us with a wealth of information, recommendations and activities that we could add to our itinerary. The condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home. The entire stay was seamless and relaxing. We plan on returning again soon. We recommend booking through Rocky Point Vacation to all of our family and friends that are planning future trips to RP!

You can't beat the views here! The property is well maintained and beautiful. The appliances inside aren't as great, but if you don't want to cook, then it doesn't matter! Boan was immediately responsive when we had trouble with the lock, so that gave us peace of mind. In all, this trip was relaxing and just what our family needed. The ATV rentals just outside of the resort were the most fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully located corner penthouse. The views are truly exceptional, overlooking the Malecón and offering breathtaking sunsets each evening. One of the most unique features of this property is its location, which allows you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views from different vantage points. Despite being close to everything, it feels peacefully removed from the noise, creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. Whether enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding in the evening as the sun sets over the water, the setting is absolutely unforgettable.

We stayed in A109. It was absolutely amazing and incredibly beautiful. The Condo was very clean, tons of space and so comfortable. We had an amazing view all around us. We couldn't have asked for anything better! 🥰. THE time went by way too quickly! All of the staff employed at Esmeralda Beach Condos are so kind and accommodating. They keep the place immaculate! Pools and grounds were very clean and The Diego Bar was also awesome . The friendly staff, drinks and food was all incredible! Definitely would love to stay again.

my family and I loved this Penthouse beautiful, comfortable, spacious enough, we had everything we needed like in the bathrooms enough towels, shampoo, soap, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed, we would definitely stay there again when we go back to rocky point. We had a nice time for Friendsgiving here. The property was clean and very roomy with enough space for everyone. We had a total of 10 people and the property was a great size. The grill didn’t work but the property manager was quick to get someone to fix it. The beach was quite peaceful and not crowded since the resort is towards the end. Overall we had a very nice stay!

Gorgeous Penthouse and Awesome Location

We have been to Rocky Point several times but absolutely loved the Esmeralda and the penthouse we stayed in. Not only were we right on the beach but also minutes from Wrecked at the Reef and downtown Rocky Point. The penthouse was super clean and accommodated the 5 of us very well. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

This property is by far one of the best property my family has stayed at in Rocky Point. It was clean and very spacious. The host was very helpful in helping with check in and when we had a question he responded within minutes. The pictures doesn’t do this property justice. Amazing views. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful penthouse with fabulous views!

The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing wrap around patio with spectacular views. We loved watching the sunsets from the patio. The weather was perfect. We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. The kitchen and family room area is open and very spacious. We had a great vacation.

Million Dollar View

The Esmeralda Resort property is on a lovely location. The apartment was luxurious with the most stunning view of a blue blue sea and breath taking sunsets of the Sea of Cortez. The wrap around balcony is such an added plus- ideal for a relaxing morning sipping coffee or an evening sunset with a glass of wine. Everything was comfortable and our host was most gracious. We are definitely returning.

Great property that was very clean. Stunning porch and sunset vistas. More chairs would be nice on the porch. We had trouble getting in the property because the entry code was wrong so we had to contact the owner. He picked up immediatly and we got in. He was very friendly. Fantastic! Thank you

Nice place

Great place for a large family. Super comfortable and nice view. The property needs a few minor repairs like blemished cabinets and a few missing bathroom hardware but nothing that destroyed our vacation. It's on Sandy Beach which is nice. Resort is still being built so there are areas closed off and there is no welcome lobby to the resort yet. For the price it's good if you want space and want everyone to be comfortable, but because of minor repairs needed and construction going on, it did not feel as luxurious as it should.

Ingrid. Thank you for the feedback. I'm having my carpenter touch up the cabinet doors you are referring to and they'll be in tip top shape for your next visit. I'll also check to make sure all hardware is replaced in the bathrooms as you mentioned. Thanks for letting me know about this. As far as the resort goes, for the benefit of others reading this review: Although there is some construction in the C tower, it is completely sealed off from the finished areas and it is not anything that most people notice, nor will it dampen anyone's vacation in any way. There is no noise pollution from construction whatsoever. There is a check-in desk where people can get their bracelets and get a bellhop to help them take things to the condo. It is possible that this guest checked in late when that desk was closed and they got their bracelets at the gate?

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Staying at this penthouse was nothing short of incredible. The property itself is stunning, with luxurious furnishings, breathtaking views, and every amenity you could possibly need. But what truly sets this place apart is the owner. When we had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road in Mexico, they went above and beyond to assist us, finding a tow truck and ensuring we were safe and sound. Their kindness and generosity turned what could have been a stressful situation into a testament to true hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that offers both elegance and exceptional service, look no further. Five stars all the way!

This condo has all the finest things one could ask for. Every detail has been thought out. When looking at different places in Rocky point none had the level of quality in construction and luxury as this unit had. We love the jacuzzi on the terrace, at night you can get an amazing view of the moon while enjoying the hot tub. If you have a good pair of binoculars you can see whales in the winter, dolphins year round, the whole place and setting is magical.

We especially like the amazing sunsets during dinner with all the windows open, its like you are on the bridge of a cruise ship overlooking where you are going to steer your ship.
