Aan de Blue River in het historische mijnstadje Breckenridge, is ons charmante 'Blue River View' met drie slaapkamers en 2,5 badkamers ontworpen om een warm, gastvrij huis voor skiërs te creëren. Ons huis is een duplex gelegen op een eigen, beboste hectare grond met uitzicht op de TenMile Range en Baldy Mountain, met uitzicht op de Blue River, bevervijvers en onze eigen grote privévijver op slechts een steenworp afstand van de achterdeur! Onze locatie is de Warrior's Mark-wijk in Breckenridge, een gemakkelijke wandeling van 10 minuten op het niveau naar Main Street en de Quicksilver-lift. De GRATIS RIT Breckenridge shuttle stop is 3 huizen in Broken Lance van ons huis.

De Blue River View is comfortabel voor maximaal negen personen. Alles is aanwezig om uw verblijf tot een gedenkwaardige gelegenheid te maken.

De begane grond bestaat uit een woonkamer met 40 'flatscreen HD-kabel met DVR, eetkamer met open haard, keuken en damestoilet. Uit de keuken is een groot prive-terras met gastronomische roestvrij gas grill, geweldig uitzicht op de rivier en de bergen en comfortabel terrasmeubilair. Een charmante houten trap leidt naar de tweede verdieping met een kingsize slaapkamer, een queensize slaapkamer en een badkamer met extra grote douche en een aparte wastafel. Het lagere niveau grote slaapkamer slaapt vijf met twee aparte bedden, een dag bed en onderschuifbed, en een slaapbank. Er is een badkamer met douche. Een deur opent naar het privéterras en tuinmeubilair met uitzicht op onze privévijver en de Blue River.

Zeg vaarwel tegen het gedoe met sleutels! Ons huis maakt gebruik van een sleutelloos toegangssysteem waardoor het voor u en uw groep gemakkelijker is om toegang te krijgen tot het huis! Plus geen sleutels om terug te keren na uw verblijf!

Southerns winter wonderland
This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had before our trip and during. The place is older, but gives it the nostalgic feel. The property was beautiful with a pond, that was half frozen. And snow everywhere! Big deal for us was, having a lot a nice towels to supply the number of people we had, and even towels for the hot tub. Which by the way, was amazing after full day of skiing. Perfect location. Close enough to walk to downtown, but secluded enough for quietness!! The house was also equipped with everything for cooking (utensils, pots, pans), paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc. Which is nice to not have to go to store right away. And every bed was comfortable and cozy. We are from Florida, so this was a perfect New Year!

Perfect location
Loved the peacefulness of the pond and the convenience of walking to get coffee or dinner in town! We spent time on the deck reading every day. Our hosts were friendly, communicative and helpful! Loved it!

Great location!
Our family stayed over Spring Break '23. Very nice place, with plenty of room for a family of 4. The heated garage was awesome, and we used it to put on/off our ski gear daily. Free bus is walking distance, and takes you to the mountain, plus town.

Wonderful Winter Warmth!
I love the moisture shampoo, and body washes - nice touch. Tons of great stuff to cook and eat/drink with. Love the split floor plan for the boys and kennels downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Super smart having specified towels for the hottub (too cold outside for us - my sons tried it one night but i was too tired!) The heated garage was awesome for coming off the slopes and having some chairs in there to sit on while taking off ski boots was perfect! The owners were over the top accommodating, available for any silly questions I had. The shuttle took is downtown for dinner and to the slopes for skiing. I was very, very pleased with this awesome location! There really isn't anything I could recommend to make it better! Thanks so much!

Perfect home/yard & location
We loved our stay , it was perfect to fit all 9 of us comfortable & had everything we needed. We don't get snow where we live so this place was perfect place .We had a big area to go play in the snow . We even enjoyed sledding right in the back yard. It was close enough to walk to dining/ shopping areas or you can do a very short walk to bus stop & get a quick trip . With all the many bus locations it is very convenient to get where you need to go in Breckenridge We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to all our friends and family. This house is perfect for families who want privacy and to be close to popular dining/shopping. I loved having that whole big back yard area to ourselves . Love this place

Property had everything and more you could possibly need for a family. Owner checked on us right away and was very easy to get ahold of. Convenient location and free transportation to resorts and town.

This property was a great location but needs a deep clean and tons of TLC. The big bonus of this property was that it had a fully stocked kitchen but other than that, we were super disappointed. The front door key pad wasn’t operational upon arrival and required us to go out and purchase batteries to make it work. The house didn’t look like it had been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. We had to wash the bed linens cause they had stains, the carpets had animal hair, all the base boards were absolutely filthy and there was at least an inch of dust on the light fixtures. The living room furniture was completely falling apart. The couch was falling apart and foot rests were broken in pieces. Both the upstairs beds were horribly uncomfortable! The dryer would only work for 10 minutes at a time which was super frustrating. The downstairs sink wouldn’t drain at all. This would not be a property I would recommend, especially at this price point.

Gorgeous! Absolutely stunning!
We could not have been happier with this home! It was nice to have a parking space inside for the surprise 8 inch snowfall, and the park-like setting in the back was absolutely beautiful! We had so much fun exploring the river and lake behind the property, and loved cooking out on the beautiful deck overlooking our own private nature preserve. And the hot tub was a phenomenal bonus! If you're lucky enough to be here while the snow is falling, you're lucky enough!

Great house!
This house worked well for our group of 8. Plenty of space in the rooms. The two rooms upstairs share a bathroom but it worked out fine, extra fluffy towels! Only small complaint was the couch in the living room was not very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and the view out the back was beautiful!

Home away from Home
We had a lovely time at Blue River View! Sarah was a fantastic host - prompt with answering questions. The house was fully stocked, lots of room for the 8 of us and 2 dogs. Loved the private hot tub, large deck and parking. We were lucky to see a beautiful fox who stopped and posed for some amazing pictures. We enjoyed our week here for spring skiing and the bus stop just up the street made it easy to get to the slopes. Everything was fantastic - will definitely look to stay here again!

Great Experience
We decided to try living different places during COVID. We stayed here a month and loved it. The house was a good fit for the purpose of the stay. The owners were very responsive and very easy to communicate with. The house could use some freshening up but was way worth the value of what we paid for the home.

Nice Townhouse, Great Location
This townhouse is close enough to town for a walk, located near the free bus line to get skis to the mountain, and is a nice place to stay. Good hot tub, nice area in the back, pretty quiet yet close to everything you need. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Warrior’s Mark. Bedrooms were comfortable, hot tub was perfect after a long day outside skiing or hiking. Close to the lifts, restaurants and shopping! Well equipped kitchen and space for 5 adults. Enjoyed our stay!

wonderful location and very nice back area
We stayed for 3 days with my wife and daughter and son in law. Back area with the pond and Blue river in the back yard was fantastic for us and the dog. The walk to main street was just around the corner and you can access everything without driving! Thanks for an amazing time. BTW...A group of Racoons, a Fox and Moose were part of our vacation...unbelievable !

Great location to downtown. Love the private pond and being by the river. House is a bit outdated and could you some additional toiletries - shampoo / conditioner, hand soap, etc. Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the privacy.

Your hosts, Hap, Margaret & Sarah Henderson, enjoying one of our favorite picnic spots just a short drive from our Blue River View. For over a decade we have been hosting ski groups in winter and family reunions in summer.

We enjoy skiing in the winter but summers in Breckenridge are even better. We had been renting vacation homes in various parts of Colorado each summer and when we had an opportunity to purchase this home on a large lot with a pond and river frontage in town, we jumped at the chance.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Our home is an easy walk to Main Street or just hop on the shuttle two doors down. We are the only home in town with a private fishing pond in addition to private river frontage. Hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby and the lifts at Peak Nine are also closeby.
