We stayed a week and want to move in!!! Absolutely beautiful home, peaceful neighborhood, comfortable beds, lots of tvs for us sports junkies. We used the pool every day. We cooked a few nights., and hit a few local restaurants and enjoyed them all! Thank you so much for hosting...we definitely will be back.

This property is fantastic. We've stayed here two years in a row and already booked for 2027. The pool and inlet view are gorgeous. And the house is perfect for famines and friends. We love it here.

The house was nice as a pin and exactly as described. There some dolphin and sting ray that swam by. I would highly recommend stay here and will stay there again when in the area.

House was very clean and well stocked and has a nice layout. Pool and hot tub were great with easy directions to follow if you want to heat the hot tub, there is also a bunch of pool floats available to use. There is a grill outside to use and kayaks are also available. You can sit by the pool and watch the dolphins and jumping fish. Quiet neighborhood.

This was one of the cleanest and most well-stocked homes we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything and the details made all the difference. The location was beautiful and very convenient to anything you would need. Carol was very responsive and Bill gave us a personal tour of the hot tub heater to make sure we were comfortable using it. They had all sorts of outdoor gear for our use which made the trip that much more relaxing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will absolutely be back!

The home was warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable for us. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and watching the sunsets. We caught lots of fish off the dock, including a hogfish. Would definitely stay here again.

Hernando Beach Paradise

Had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice that all the restaurants are in such close proximity to the house.

Great Location and House

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was perfect. Very good neighborhood and a good location on the water. Carol was great to work with. The house, pool, and dock was just what we needed. We would love to come back again.

This house was AMAZING!!!! The pictures don't do it justice. It was extremely clean and plenty of space for our family. The pool was wonderful and our girls enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal. 10 out of 10! And Carol's response time was excellent.

Loved it!

Awesome location, very quiet and peaceful. Quick and easy access to the gulf. Kayaking right from the dock to the gulf was easy and so much fun. Clean and very comfortable place to stay. Loved it!!

The house was very clean, well stocked and great open floor plan. Loved fishing from dock and being . Enjoyed our stay able to dock pontoon boat. Saw dolphins each day and even a couple of manatee

Great location!

Perfect location on the water! The pool is great! There are a ton of sugar ants and the host should be avoided. Avoid any property in the area hosted by Carol.

We take great pride in keeping our houses clean and well maintained as our reviews show with many happy repeat guests. The sugar ants came due to the many food particles found stuck to the new couches and floors. The urine soaked bed sheets in the master bedroom were quite disgusting and the way you neglected someone elses house . When I sent you the pictures of the urine sheets you left on the bed and the 4 missing beach towels you left with you felt it was acceptable because you took out renters insurance. I hope you won't be as neglectful in your next rental.
