Urban Studio in het hart van Nashville

Dit is een klein huisje achter mijn huis. Met een scherp oog voor detail, heb ik deze ruimte moderne voelen met handgeweven, Europese (en Southern, natuurlijk) charme ingericht. Volledige badkamer met douche, queensize bed + een canape, kabel-tv, Bose speaker w / bluetooth voor superieur stereogeluid beschikbaar (vraag het maar!), koelkast, magnetron, conventieoven, Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, bureau, kledingkast voor hangende kleding - allemaal in de charmante buurt Sylvan Park, een van de IT-plaatsen om te leven in Nashville.

Ik woon in het huis in de voorkant van dit huisje en zal direct beschikbaar met eventuele vragen of suggesties van plaatsen om te eten en te zien in Nashville zijn. Gemakkelijke in / uit toegang (code om binnen te geraken, kan komen en gaan wanneer je wilt en is geweldig voor laat inchecken) en gescheiden door een hekje van mijn hoofdwoning.

Sylvan Park is een van de weinige IT buurten in Nashville. Het is minder dan 2 mijl van het hart van de binnenstad en, zoals het is eigen buurt, het had een bepaalde charme en flair. Er zijn een aantal goede lokale restaurants op de straat van mij, samen met een boutique wijnwinkel, koffiebar (letterlijk een blok verderop) en The Produce Place, een lokale buurt supermarkt.

Bushalte ligt om de hoek en taxi's en Uber kunt u overal in het hart van Nashville voor ongeveer $ 5-10. Ik ben zo dicht bij alles.

Cute, charming studio apartment in great location
The apartment is 1/2 of a small cottage with its own entrance and parking area. Great neighborhood close to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Charming, classic architecture and decor. Owner was very responsive.

We had a delightful stay! The studio was clean and well stocked. Very cute decor and easy parking. We had a bit of confusion finding the studio but once we did it was great. Angela the owner uses the app to communicate- which we didn’t discover until right before check in. We were looking for an email with check in directions . Other than this small snafu we rate it a 10/10.

It is exactly as listed and very comfortable to stay in, especially the bed! However the layout of the neighborhood is tricky, finding where to park is better in the daytime and its a little hidden, and there are no sidewalks.

Nice location for the cost. We came in town for a concert at Nissan. Great place for a short stay, adequately equipped. Finding the parking is off the alley on Hillside. Full size pickup was a tight squeeze.

Nashville Adventure
The property is exactly how it’s listed. We didn’t pay more than $20 on a one way Uber/ Lyft with the high end being because of the surcharges. There’s a mini fridge perfect for little snacks and water which was a life saver. The arrival and departure instructions are easy to follow and this location made for a perfect trip. Do be mindful though, if you have mobility issues, I may search somewhere else as the bathroom shower is tiny and not suitable for those requiring extra assistance.

Perfect for one night for us. Clean and comfortable. The directions on where the entrance is actually located was a bit confusing. FYI-Turn onto the back alley off of Hillsdale and it is located on the back of the cottage that faces Hillsdale. A sign or a number over the door would be helpful.

Perfect location
This tiny home is the perfect location for anything you would want to do in Nashville! We were a 10 minute drive either way from tons of restaurants and a very short Uber ride to Broadway. It was the perfect size for my husband and I for 2 nights. Would stay here again!

A quiet stay in a charming and friendly neighborhood. Great location to walk to several spots around Nashville. Super comfy bed! We loved how dog friendly the whole neighborhood was…greenway and dog parks very close.

This property was perfect for our weekend trip! Angela was extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The only critiques I have are that we could’ve used more towels, and it could’ve been a little cleaner, but nothing huge, we are just clean freaks. I would stay here again!

Small property but in an excellent location
Attending a conference downtown, this property was ideally located, just a couple of blocks from the Interstate Highway, but only about 3 miles from downtown. Property was nicely equipped, clean, and easy to locate, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Owner was attentive to my concerns. I would stay here again!

Cozy Stay in Nashville
This spot was perfect for our weekend stay in Nashville. It was close to a lot of cute neighborhoods, and a short drive to Broadway. We brought our pups and walked them to a few neighborhood bars, and they were very comfortable in the cottage. It had everything we needed and a soft bed, and I would stay here again.

Basically, my husband and I just needed a place to sleep where we could bring our dog. I had a doctor's appointment in Nashville and this cottage was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants and dog park. Be aware, it is a 'tiny house.' However, it worked for our needs. I would suggest bringing extra throws if you're like me and like to snuggle under them while watching TV. Also, there were only 2 older washcloths for removing makeup which was fine, but none for the shower when bathing. I try to go prepared, so we were fine. The only other thing would be more instructions on using the TV. There were 3 remotes, and we has no clue which to use but found out by trial and error.
