We loved Apple Sally’s condo! It was very clean, close to the lake, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay while at the lake. The property is well maintained with many amenities surrounded by beautiful views. The owner was easy to work with and made our stay comfortable.

Great Stay and Location

We love the condo!! It was very convenient to the Wolf Creek Dam where we fished. Also, the restaurant at the state park is awesome!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Apple Valley! The pool was very nice also! We rented a pontoon from the state dock which was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Our pool is one of my grandchildren's favorites. You can rarely find a pool in a resort that offers a diving board! Renting a pontoon is the best way to see Lake Cumberland! I hope you explored the many waterfalls that are hidden in the rocky coves! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and told others about Apple Sally's Lake Cumberland Condo. Thank you!

Great, relaxing get-a-way

Thanks Sharon for all your help with our little get-a-way. The house was super clean and had everything you could need. Will be telling friends and family to check this out before staying somewhere else if they want to stay close to home.

Perfect for the family

Lovely and comfortable place to stay! I have been coming down to this area for just over 40 yrs now and I can't believe that I never new about the Apple Valley Resort. Looking forward to my next visit.

Perfect for families

Great getaway, conveniently located close to boat launch and parking for your boat/trailer, condo provides 2 king comfortable beds and spacious rooms with 2 nice decks to enjoy and full kitchen. Recent updates added privacy between the 2 bedrooms.

Old faithful

I've rented this property multiple times a day will continue to do so. It's the perfect location for what we do and has been tastefully updated. Everything about the condo is easy, booking, checking in and out and plenty of room.

"We Had Plenty of Space and Privacy."

The condo was perfect for us. The location was convenient. We had plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults and 1 child. My 6-year-old nephew especially loved the pool and playground area and is already talking about coming back next summer.

Nice get away

We had an awesome time at Apple valley in lake Cumberland the condo was great the owner was very accommodating and helpful . I would defiantly recommend staying here . I know we will be back soon !

We will be returning to S...

We will be returning to S3 for our 3rd weekly stay. Every year our children look forward to our vacation there. If you are looking for an affordable, very clean and comfortable place to stay - this is it. We look forward to returning again in July. Thanks so much Sharon.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review. Boat parking overnight is conveniently located just past the pool and bathhouse. We love that we can park our boat right out front of S3 for up to 15 minutes to load and unload - but even owners cannot park there overnight!

Family friendly!

This property was perfect for our family. The location was great if you plan to spend time on Lake Cumberland. Our family is young so it was easy to go back to the condo after a day on the lake to relax and nap in the A/C. It was clean and our property owner maintained great communication. The pool was clean and well maintained too. Highly recommended.

Great Lake Cumberland Location

We have stayed at Apple Valley for the past 10 years and S3 is the nicest condo and the best location we have found. The owner is a pleasure to work with and the condo is as advertised. Very nicely decorated and all of the comforts of home. We'll be back again next year.
