De Thomas Jarrett House circa 1894 is zorgvuldig gerestaureerd met alle originele hardhouten vloeren, houtwerk en ramen. Het huis is genoteerd aan de National Historic Register. Deze 3-4 slaapkamers, 3 complete badkamer droomhuis is voorzien van een professionele stijl gasfornuis, 2 ovens, roestvrij apparaten, een espresso en cappuccino en nog veel meer. het is echt een chef-koks keuken. Deze 2 verhaal thuis heeft een prachtig outdoor living gebieden; 2 beneden overdekte veranda, een prachtig bakstenen terras en 1 bovenste veranda. Dit huis heeft 6 open haarden, 10 voet plafonds op hoogste niveau 9 voet op de 2e, klauw voet tubs, flatscreens, wifi en nog veel meer.

De Jarrett House is een paar korte afstand van meer dan een dozijn van de beste restaurants en pubs Asheville, waaronder Sunny Point Cafe, The Oyster House Brewing Company, Universal Joint Nine Mile. en meer. We loved the location and absolute charm of our stay. It was a great home base for our girl’s getaway. We were surprised that one of the listed queen beds was actually an air mattress. We had to adjust our sleeping arrangements, but we made it work. Overall it was a great stay.

Our group of five ladies spent an unforgettable Labor Day weekend at this gorgeous historic rental and we couldn’t have picked a better base camp for our Asheville adventures. The house is very spacious giving five adult women plenty of room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The den provided flexible sleeping options with a highly comfortable couch, perfect for resting and there is also plenty of room in the den to set up a blowup mattress. Our host Mitch was very accommodating and the property detail post gave many wonderful recommendations on restaurants and places to go. Just a sneak peek of places we visited in Asheville -the Biltmore Estates took up most of one day we went to the Omni Grove Park Inn and had brunch and walked around the gorgeous property. Places we dined were the El Tesoro in downtown and we went to a jazz speakeasy at the Fitz & The Wolfe club. We ate breakfast at the Rabbit Hole and at Biscuit Head and we had wonderful Indian food at Chai Pani. Asheville is definitely a place who would love to come back and visit.

We LOVED this house. It's a must stay. Easy to lots of cool places in West Asheville area. We made the easy walk to grocery store (all sidewalk) to buy what we wanted to cook during our stay.Highly recommend and we will come back to stay.

First, this home is on the historic register and you must realize that comes with squeaks and groans from old age. The plumbing and electrical systems have all been upscaled and the home has "Great Bones". Truly a pleasure to stay there , even had their own resident pair of rabbits, one of which greeted us every time we went out. Fantastic location as you were within 2-3 blocks of probably 20 restaurants and/or bars. You literally can spend a week without getting in your car. Owners were very responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Thomas Jarrett House! The home is beautiful, spacious, and full of historic charm, while being tastefully updated with all the modern comforts.Everything was exceptionally clean, and the décor and lighting beautifully complemented the historic character of the house while still feeling current and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious with wonderfully soft bedding, and the large bathrooms were well stocked with plush oversized towels, soaps, shampoos, and everything we needed.The kitchen is large and very well equipped, including two types of coffee makers and coffee, and we especially enjoyed the charming breakfast nook. There’s plenty of space between the neighboring homes, so the house felt private and was surprisingly quiet with very little street noise. We also used the inflatable mattress and were impressed—it was high quality, easy to use, and very comfortable.The location is excellent, with so many great Asheville restaurants just minutes away and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of my questions.We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I rented this beautiful home for the weekend as a Christmas present for my parents. To call this home beautiful is an understatement! Chalked full of history and charm. The owners have done a great job and you can feel the love and intention that has been poured into it. I encourage everyone to read the history on this home because it is fascinating. The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It has a nice large backyard and well outfitted kitchen. The owners are responsive and helpful.

Long weekend in Asheville!

House was amazing and so well appointed! Owners were so helpful and accommodating. They made it so welcoming and crazy easy to check in and check out. Definitely staying here again! 10 stars!
