Ontspan en geniet van het prachtige, panoramische uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico en Estero Bay vanaf het openluchtbalkon van ons appartement op de 11e verdieping in gebouw A bij Estero Beach en Tennis Club. Onze niet-roken-eenheid is onlangs gerenoveerd, is zeer schoon en comfortabel en heeft het gevoel van 'thuis weg van huis'. Helder ingericht, dit appartement met een slaapkamer-studio is geschikt voor maximaal 4. Een scheidingswand is beschikbaar om de slaapkamer te scheiden van de woonkamer voor privacy. De slaapkamer heeft een nieuw kingsize bed met volledig dressoir, twee nachtkastjes met bedlampjes en een 19-inch flatscreen-tv. De woonkamer biedt een queensize lederen slaapbank, relaxfauteuil, grote flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler en een mooie selectie dvd's voor volwassenen en kinderen, evenals een Wii. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en voorzien van een tafel en 4 stoelen. Wi-Fi is ook gratis voor u in onze unit.

Alle beddengoed worden verstrekt, evenals strandlakens, strandstoelen, parasol, zand speelgoed, boogie boards, koeler, etc., om te genieten van uw dag op het strand. Pak gewoon je kleding in en je bent helemaal klaar! Let op dolfijnen, want ze zijn erg populair in ons gebied!

Gelegen aan de zuidelijke rustige kant van Fort Myers Beach, het condo-eigendom biedt een geothermisch verwarmd zwembad, tennisbanen, 10 hectare prachtig tropisch terrein en 11 mijl van witte suiker zand strand. Een beschermd vogelestuarium met mangrovebomen ligt vlakbij het strand. Ook inbegrepen zijn shuffle board, gasgrills, zonnen met ligstoelen, wasruimtes in elk gebouw en Wi-Fi in de lobbyruimtes.

Als u wilt dineren, zijn er veel geweldige plekken aan de overkant van de straat in Santini Plaza, waaronder ook een boetiek, cadeauwinkels, kledingwinkels, postkantoor, ijssalon, jachthaven met bootverhuur en nog veel meer. Er is ook een CVS die aan vrijwel al uw vakantiebehoeften kan voldoen. De trolley van het eiland haalt je aan de overkant van de straat op Santini Plaza voor slechts 50 cent op en biedt vervoer naar het nabijgelegen Key State Park van Lover en het hele eiland. Fort Myers Beach is centraal gelegen, op slechts een korte afstand van Napels en Marco Island in het zuiden en Sanibel en Captiva in het noorden.

it was awesome, the property was very cozy and close to everything in Estero Island. Restaurants were fabulous and the beaches were absolutely beautiful. Would rent it again in a heart beat.

Great Time!!!

It was a pleasure to rent Monica's place. The condo had everything that we needed and was very comfortable along with being spotless. Wonderful location with i think one of the best beaches in the vicinity. Great pool to relax around when you've had enough of the sand!! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Location! Great Condo!

This condo is wonderful for a couple and with everything you need for your stay. The location on Ft Meyers Beach is perfect as it is more on the quiet side of the strip but with easy shuttle access to get to the square with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our breakfast outside while looking out over the area and watching the tennis matches below. Our weather was gorgeous while there and we enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. It is also nice to rent bikes and ride around the area.

We love the location of this property, across the street from Santini Marina Plaza. The photos of the unit are accurate. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have more than one set of keys available (besides the ones in the lockbox).

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a week at Monica’s place! The new bathroom was wonderful! New carpet and tile throughout the place. Very comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed the balcony for our coffee each morning and the awesome sun rises! Staying on the beach is the best! We loved being so close to many restaurants, especially Pincher’s, Santini Plaza, and Lover’s Key. We look forward to coming back and have already booked it! Monica was super to work with! Great Winter Get Away

Monica is a great host and the condo location right on the beach is perfect. The owners have made many upgrades. Across the road is Santini Plaza where you can enjoy the farmers market, shopping and dining. The trolley picks up if you don’t want to fight the parking at Times Square. For us, there was one negative that won’t be a negative for all. We like to eat in one meal day. Counter space is limited.

Great views from this excellent 11 th floor apartment. Comfortable bed. Beach was full of shells, saw dolphins most days. Recommend using the trolley to time square for a sunset. Music on Fri. and Sat. Check out the Tikibar. Restaurants are fantastic. Doc Fords Yucatan Shrimp. Across the street Sky's signiture Mexican dish. Happy hour at Pinches just down the road on the beach. If you get a rainy day the movie theater is cool.

The entire facilities, grounds, buildings, pool, parking were emaculate. The only thing i was disappointed with was the beach access. What appeared to be 2 access poonts were completely overgrown & did not allow access. There was another somewhat worn pathway thru the grass that did allow access. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Lovely condo, well equipped

We enjoyed our one week stay at Monica and Joe's condo. We made use of their beach chairs, rafts, umbrellas, and coolers as well as some spare toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, including enough coffee for our week - much appreciated. Unfortunately there was a balcony renovation project going on, so the pool was closed and there was construction noise between 8 and 5. Monica graciously warned us about the project. Luckily we were still able to enjoy our balcony. We would certainly rent here again.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable

We loved the pretty beach decor and the upscale finishes in this spotless and comfortable condo. The unit has stylish furniture including a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage for clothes. A full kitchen was well equipped and we fixed breakfast and could have easily prepared bigger meals. The pretty bathroom had a large shower and great lighting! The birds eye view from the 11th floor balcony was a sweet spot to have a drink or eat lunch. Big windows made the unit light and bright. The white sand beach is a quick elevator ride and a 2 minute walk. Everything you could want for a day at he beach from coolers, chairs and beach toys has been provided. The owner was great at communicating with us and very honest about the amount of construction in the area, and the services (shopping, restaurants), in the process of reopening. Although there is still a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian, visible on FMB, it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the week we stayed here! Overall an exceptional, very clean unit with a friendly and responsive owner.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We stayed at this apartment from September 18-28, however unfortunately Hurricane Ian hit at the end of our vacation. Monica, the host, was in such good contact with us and not only checking in on the situation but let us stay past our reservation until it was safe for us to leave the island. Any questions or concerns I had Monica was there to help, and we are so thankful to her for letting us stay while the hurricane was happening. The condo itself was beautiful, and perfect for two people! Beach equipment was provided which was a huge help, we didn’t need to worry about chairs, towels, umbrellas, or anything! The location too is wonderful. There was a lovely pool and it was right by the beach. it is heartbreaking to see what has happened to the Fort Myers Beach area. When we can return, this is where we will be coming back too. If you’re looking (when you can go back to this area) for the perfect condo location, this is the place to go! The building and condo itself is perfect. I can’t wait until we’re able to return.

Great Vacation

I'm a single dad with a six year-old son who just wanted to relax for a week and not break the budget, and this place filled the bill. Didn't even rent a car for the principle of it - they all price gouge. You can catch the buses to get from the airport to within a couple hundred feet of the building. Since we arrived late Xmas Eve the buses were not running, so we took Beach Taxi, but took the bus to depart. Place was clean as a pin; towels were plentiful and soft and fluffy; bed mattress was premium, as was the linen. There were tennis racquets, beach chairs, and beach toys in the bathroom closet. After my stay there's even a tennis ball. The owners were cordial and very pleasant to deal with - they allowed us to check out later due to our late flight home. Beach was fantastic, which is reached by walking through the yard. My six year-old loved playing in the sand and surf where we did some serious castle building and saw some beautiful sunsets. People at the complex and the beach were laid back and friendly. Herons and birds were present at the adjacent sanctuary. Santini Plaza and a marina were across the street that has restaurants, snack shop/ice cream and pubs. Behind the Plaza is The Fish House, a popular (almost too much so - go early!) waterfront eatery. Ideal location; a car is optional due to the trolley and convenient location. Perhaps one or two days rental is in order if you want to reach far away places like the parks, the Everglades, or Ft. Myers' sights. We took a dolphin cruise with the marina behind the Publix Market and saw numerous dolphins. I look forward to returning in the near future and staying at the same place.

My husband and I live in Michigan. We have three chidren and one grandchild. We are all lovers of the water and own lake property in Michigan. My parents have been visiting Fort Myers Beach for many, many years and have stayed at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for the past 30+ years. After just 2 vacations spent here, we absolutely fell in love with the property and decided this was where we would call our 'home away from home.'
