The property and home was perfect for our visit. Great location, plenty of room, comfortable with many surprise extras. Enjoyed the dawn and sunset river views. Located in a quiet neighborhood and so close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely book this home again.

The house was very nice, clean and cozy. Even the yard was beautifully landscaped. This house is a great place to relax on the back porch in the morning and drink coffee and look at the beautiful scenery in the backyard overlooking the river. The house is located very close to Rainbow Springs which was beautiful. Me and my family had a very relaxing time staying at this property.

Rudy’s home was exactly what we were looking for and yes I will book again! What got me to rent this place was the beautiful lake view and boy it did not disappoint. Beautiful nature sights from birds and flowers that surround the house. You could launch your kayak or paddle board or use a public ramp a couple blocks down in the same neighborhood. The house was just perfect too, love the Florida charm and very cozy, felt right at home. Very clean! It passed my white socks test (this is one of the most important things for me). Thank you for sharing your space with us, it was truly just what we needed and more.

This home was an ideal location for our adult children that visited during the holidays. It had plenty of space, was very comfortable and the location cannot be beat. The views are beautiful and we would absolutely choose this location to accommodate our visitors in the future. Highly recommend.

This the forth time that we have stay at this property and we have always loved it. We were a little disappointed this time though. Usually the house is very clean, but this time we noticed that the floors weren’t as clean as they have been in the past. Also the counters in the kitchen seemed liked they had been wiped with a dirty dish cloth. The house had a very musty smell and we noticed that glass doors looking out into the back yard were dirty. We were disappointed because it had never been this way before. The dish towels and bath towels smelled sour. We really have loved staying in the past, but this might be our last time.

We had a relaxing time at this beautiful property. The home is fully stocked with all we needed, and was very comfortable. The dock and river bank is so peaceful with both sunset and sunrise views over the river.

Very nice home right on the river. Well appointed, exactly as described. River is beautiful, rented a boat from the Blue Gator and kept it at the house dock, very convenient.

Very comfortable

The fishing was not so great. There was a lot of Lily pads and the boats were in the way other than that. It was a very relaxing comfortable place period I would definitely stay here again. The owner is very nice.

Everything was wonderful. Spacious and comfortable. The view of the river was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. This was our third time renting this property and we are already planning our next trip. Love it.

Beautiful Nature Experience

My husband and I stayed 12 days at Rudy's River House and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious furnished and supplied great. The scenery is beautiful and there is lots of water foul. The resident Sandhill Cranes were a daily visitor. All in all it is a great place with a great host.
