Volledig gerenoveerd en opnieuw ingericht in het najaar van 2017. Deze Playa del Carmen, luxe twee verdiepingen tellende huis is gunstig gelegen in de prive-gated community van Playacar Phase 1. Slechts 55 stappen van het strand en op slechts vijf minuten lopen naar de stad en de beroemde Fifth Street of de veerboot naar Cozumel. High Speed Wireless Internet, SONOS luidsprekersysteem.

De accommodaties in het huis zijn 'turn key' (je hoeft alleen maar te verschijnen); meid om afwas te doen, meid om je kleren te wassen, huismanager om boodschappen te doen. Casa Blanca heeft een groot privézwembad en een dakterras met uitzicht op de oceaan. De 4 slaapkamers zijn groot en comfortabel, net als de vier en een half badkamers (volledig gerenoveerd in 2016). U zult het comfort van thuis hebben met de sprankelende blauwe Cariben op slechts een steenworp afstand. Ga 's nachts slapen met het geluid van de oceaan of geniet van de airconditioning in ELKE kamer met gescheiden ruimteregelaars. Geniet van het uitzicht en de nachtverlichting van het eiland Cozumel vanaf het enorme dakterras en het zwembad. Gastronomische keuken. Alle granieten werkbladen. Mooiste huurwoning in Playa Car Phase 1. Volledige schoonmaakservice van maandag tot zaterdag.
Houd er rekening mee dat ons huis NIET wordt beheerd door een groot niet-responsief bedrijf voor onroerend goedbeheer, we hebben ons eigen fulltime tweetalige personeel dat voor u en het huis zorgt. De meid doet zelfs je was dagelijks voor je als je wilt. U kunt ons uw boodschappenlijst voor boodschappen en likeuren e-mailen voordat u aankomt en het huis zal voor u klaar liggen. Als het huis bijna leeg is, hoef je het alleen maar aan de huismanager te vragen en hij zal het voor je gaan halen. Het is tenslotte uw vakantie. Het huispersoneel is voltijds personeel dat tot uw dienst staat. U kunt ze of mij de eigenaar bellen of sms'en met vragen of behoeften wanneer of tijdens uw verblijf. Neem even de tijd om onze “beoordelingen van gasten” te lezen. We hebben meer 5-sterren beoordelingen van gasten dan enig ander huis in Playa. Dat is niet toevallig gebeurd. The house was everything described and more. Myrna, Philly and Yvonne took extra care to ensure everything stayed maintained and cleaned while our family enjoyed Casa Blanca. We loved floating in the pool and listening to the ocean waves crash on the beach. We felt very secure in the neighborhood from the security gate and guards patrolling around the clock. The only downfall to the area is the unfortunate amount of seaweed hitting Playa del Carmen, which has no reflection on the home and didn’t affect our stay at all. It was just unexpected and such a shame that the beautiful beaches of playa del Carmen are dealing with this.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful week stay at this beautiful home in early June! The 4-bedroom layout was perfect for our family of five—my husband, our two children, my mother, and myself. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation, and the home truly felt like our own private oasis in Playa del Carmen.The pool was a favorite for all, and it was the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. The home is walking distance to 5th ave, the beach and was very comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed.A special thank you to Mirna, the housekeeper and Fili, the maintenance manager, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm personalities and dedication made us feel right at home and added so much to our overall experience.Although we experienced a small hiccup upon our late-night arrival, the hosts responded quickly and took excellent care of us. We truly appreciated how promptly and professionally they handled the situation and the care shown from Ivonne throughout our stay. We made amazing family memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. The house was very clean and spacious. Ivonne , house manager, was able to take care of our requests quickly. The chef services, Las Marias, was one of the hi lights of our stay. Food was delicious and presentation made it even better. Top feature was the closeness to the beach. It was literally 50 steps away. We would stay again for sure.

Amazing House

Just as Posted on Vrbo, the house was few steps away from the beach, great location, short walk to 5th Ave and all restaurants. The staff was great and very accommodating. The best was dealing with Ivone the property manager, she was amazing and made sure to make our stay a true pleasure.

The house was everything advertised, great location, and super clean! Quality furnishings, and comfortable linens and beds One of the things that made our stay, the easiest was all the recommendations we received from Ivonne. Having a concierge with her level of experience made planning for our ladies trip so much easier.We had Maria cook for us two nights and we can’t say enough good things about her skill level, presentation and what a lovely person!So close to the ocean that we could walk down in our pajamas and take pictures of the sunrise. Wonderful home with plenty of room for 5 adults : enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to 5th Avenue . The beach area was small and too much sargassum to enjoy the beach / ocean . Maid was great and the hired chef Maria’s was superior!

The small beach and sargassum you ran into in early June are unfortunately common along the entire Riviera Maya that time of year — it varies by wind and current from day to day and is not something any single home can control. Playacar crews do clean in the morning, but the ocean can bring more in after that. Winter and early spring are typically the cleanest months for sand and swimming if a wide, clear beach is the priority. We appreciate you still rating the house so highly and mentioning Maria and the staff. Hope we can host you again in a quieter-seaweed season.

Great family gathering place

Very well equipped house with helpful staff make your stay care free. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home. Only wish the beach right by the house was bigger and less weedy.

Amazing Trip!

We had a wonderful 40th birthday celebration at this property! The home is beautiful, literally 50 steps to the beach! Safe neighborhood and beach really wasn’t too busy, because of the location! The staff was lovely and so very helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Awesome house!

Have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything was perfect! Definitely coming back. The location was exactly what we wanted and the staff was awesome.

Amazing stay

My group had an amazing stay at casa blanca. The house manager and staff was very understanding of our rowdy group and the location could not have been better . The house was situated in a very safe , patrolled neighborhood right on the beach and walking distance to everything you could need. They made our stay in Playa del Carmen unforgettable.

Beautiful home away from home

We took our family to Casa Blanca over Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. The home was perfect for our family. Ivonne helped us with transport, reservations and helping our family secure a piñata for a Mexican Christmas. Our home was cleaned daily and looked perfect when we returned from playing at the beach. We would definitely book Casa Blanca again!!!
