Beide zijn prachtige appartementen aan het strand, compleet met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een GEWELDIGE VAKANTIE! Met beide eenheden kunnen we grote gezinnen of groepen huisvesten.
Deze prachtige, 1150 sq ft, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit is gelegen op de 13e verdieping. Het heeft een adembenemend uitzicht op het witte zandstrand en de kristalheldere zee. Dit toestel is volledig ingericht met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een geweldige vakantie. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alle comfort en alle nieuwe toestellen. Het heeft een Keurig en een traditioneel koffiezetapparaat. De familiekamer heeft een tweepersoons slaapbank en een grote flatscreen kabel HD / Smart TV met dvd-speler en een selectie van dvd's voor uw vermaak. De ruime kamer heeft 2 queensize bedden, HD / kabel-tv, grote kast, dressoir en nachtkastje. De slaapkamer heeft een zeer comfortabel kingsize bed, kabel-tv, grote kast, 2 nachtkastjes, dressoir, uitzicht op zee raam en toegang tot balkon. Het apparaat beschikt over 2 badkamers, centrale lucht en warmte, wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer en strijkplank. GRATIS WIFI! We bieden 10% herhalingshuurders, militaire en 1e responderkorting ($ 100 max) korting op elke week (of langer) verhuur. Wij bieden ook een korting als u onze beide appartementen (# 656604 & # 985183) samen huurt. Verhuur wordt geleverd met GRATIS Beach Chair SERVICE (maart-oktober Rentals-Includes: 2 stoelen met paraplu - een $ 35 per dag waarde). Ook de beste Tiki Bar "Bikini Bobs" op het strand (maart-okt) biedt heerlijk eten, drinken specials, redelijke prijzen, enz. Het is geweldig! Regency Towers biedt speciale evenementen voor eigenaren en gasten (juni-aug), zoals filmavond, karaoke, waterglijbanen, Bon Fire op het strand, etc. U zult nooit het pand willen verlaten! Regency Towers rekent eenmalig $ 20 registratiekosten die door de gast moeten worden betaald bij het inchecken. Alle andere toeslagen zijn inbegrepen in de vermelde prijs en de borg wordt binnen 5 dagen na vertrek gerestitueerd, mits er geen schade wordt geconstateerd. Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful ocean view and great location! With two salt water pools with a Tiki Bar in between - we stayed on the property almost our entire week long stay! We'll be staying here again!

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bikini Bob's has great food, the price is good and you never have to leave the condo. Blaine is wounderful to work with and the price is very reasonable Thank You Blaine!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely had a fabulous trip! Your condo was definitely perfect for us! It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the family! I felt at home while I was there. AND to top all of that, I appreciated that Blaine made sure we made it safe and that everything was good when we got there! The weather could have been better BUT no one can control that, our trip was a success and we definitely plan on staying at your place again!

Great stay. Great pools!!!

We loved the condo. Updated. The pools and bikini bobs were awesome as well. Beach chairs were a great plus. Resort itself is a little dated and had some elevator issues but the condo was very close to the center elevator. View is amazing. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Family vacation

The condo is beautiful, has a good view of the ocean. The free beach chairs were amazing and came in handy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but it was okay because we spent more time as a family. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit.

Great place to stay!

This was my second year staying here and it was just as awesome as the first. We enjoy getting away to the beach and I got to take my new granddaughter for her first trip to the beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to prepare your meals. We love staying here and playing on the beach, or having fun in the pools. We watched football at Bikini Bobs while hanging out at the pool. Great fun that was! Just an overall good vacation! Blaine and Natalie touch base with you periodically just to make sure that you made it in ok and that all is well during your stay. I would definitely recommend my friends try this out. We will certainly be back!

Great condo!! Great family oriented Condo!

We had the best time at our condo!! What a fun friendly atmosphere! With the tiki Bar and the amazing view! This condo by far met all of our vacation needs and wants! Natalie and her husband had great communication with us and everything was clean and we slept great every night!! The condo had awesome events almost every night. Karaoke night was our favorite! The tiki Bar had great food at awesome prices! Lots of chili cheese fries!! Our favorite places to eat* Grande Marlin beside Captain Andersons was the best! Angelo's steak was the best steak I ever had and was worth the wait! Captain Jack lunch buffet! We would rather enjoy our days at our condos pool and the beach than venture out! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!

Great View!!!!!!

This place has an awesome view. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee.The beach was was awesome and the water was very clear. The beach chairs were very handy so that we could enjoy ourselves on the beach. Bikini Bobs has good food and very cheap. The owners were awesome to work with. The response time was very quick and If we had any issues they were dealt with immediately. The reason i give this a four is due to the elevators. They were very slow and not enough. We would sometimes have to wait about ten to fifteen minutes waiting on an elevator. We got to meet Mr. Pitchford in person and found him to be down to earth and was making sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

BEST VACATION EVER

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. The property was awesome with great location and amenities. It was clean, family friendly, easy access to beach and a terrific Tiki Hut (Bikini Bobs). We spent most of our time in the 2 large pools or at the beach while enjoying the tasty, reasonably priced food and drinks at the Tiki Hut. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to work and communicate with. They checked on us during our stay and promptly answered all our questions. Don't waist time searching other properties, just contact these owners. We will be back and won't stay anywhere else except with these owners!

We rented this condo for about a week. It had everything we would need and it was very clean. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The room also had an amazing beach view. We loved the place and are definitely coming back again.

Beachside retreat

The owner is great to work with. He has great communication. The location of the condo is off the busy area of PCB. But still close to all the things PCB has to Ofer. This is good for us. No fighting traffic. The condo is nice and has everything needed for the week long stay. The pools are amazing and literally only steps from the beach. There is a pool side bar and grill “Bikini Bobs”. They have a great assortment of food, snacks, and drinks. Once you go down to the pool/beach you can literally stay all day and just order lunch or drinks at the pool side. The prices are very reasonable. There were a few minor things that I reported to the owner upon check in and he had maintenance there the same day to make repairs. Overall a good experience. The only con is the elevator wait. There are only three elevators for the entire property. The condo is on the 13th floor so there was a wait, especially on the heavy check in/out days. It did inspire me to get my steps in by taking the stairs! We have stayed here twice and I would definitely go back.

Peaceful week at PCB

Amazing location, view, and amenities- all for a great price!!

Our time at Regency Towers (specifically in #1315) was amazing and more than we even expected. Blaine was very responsive and professional. The condo was right on the beach, connected directly to two pools (one heated and one not) and access to a hot tub. There's an amazing, cheap little food shop in between the pools and the entire place was conveniently located to the city. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely come again. Thank you Blaine for a great trip!!

Wonderful view from the condo

We have stayed here for a couple of years now. Love the condo and the amenities especially Bikni Bobs. Only thing I had a problem with was the floors could have been a lot cleaner.

We grew up on Panama City Beach and Regency Towers is a family favorite because of the great amenities, family-friendly atmosphere, well kept property, spacious rooms and beautiful beach. When we found this unit we knew instantly it was for us. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and wonderful vacation!
