Vanaf onze eigen aanlegsteiger kunt u de zonsondergang bekijken, een vislijn laten vallen, zeekoeien bekijken of uw paddleboard of kajak lanceren! We zijn een steenworp afstand van de Anna Maria City Pier en het strand. En op loopafstand van de Rod & Reel Pier en Bean Point.
Onze schilderachtige straat "Old Florida", Pine Ave, staat vol met heerlijke winkels, restaurants, kunstgalerijen, koffie- en ijssalons en zelfs een live theater! En een kleine supermarkt, zodat u nooit in uw auto hoeft te stappen. Als u naar het zuiden wilt reizen op ons witte zandbarrière-eiland van 7 mijl, ligt de halte voor de gratis trolley direct voor de deur.
Veel grote golfbanen liggen in de buurt, evenals het culturele centrum van Sarasota, The Ringling en het Mote Marine Aquarium. Busch Gardens Tampa ligt op iets meer dan een uur rijden en Disney World ligt op 2 uur rijden.
Anna Maria staat bekend om zijn ontspannen manier van leven - fietsen, kajakken, wandelen, vissen en strandkammen langs de prachtige kust van de Golf.
Geniet van de bijgevoegde foto's van onze vernieuwde eenheid. Onze 2 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer appartement heeft veel licht en vrolijke 'Florida' kleuren. Alle nieuwe apparaten, Wi-Fi en AC. We hebben twee comfortabele Adirondack-stoelen op onze steiger om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie of avondwijn. Het is een gemakkelijke wandeling of fietstocht naar ongeveer 10 restaurants, waaronder de Waterfront en de Sandbar!

Great Location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. Canal view out the living room window and the beach steps from the front door.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was really nice. We were a quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the pier. The only downfall is no washer and dryer in the actual condo. I would definitely stay here again!

Really is the perfect location

This gem is in the perfect location at AMI right between the pier and the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets on the beach within a short walk. The AMI pier is right out the door, we watched manatee, dolphins and stingray through the crystal blue water. Can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our stay.

Amazing access to the canals and ocean

We loved having the dock and brought our 2 paddle boards with us. It was lovely paddling around the canals and along the beach. The pier is just a few steps away too and often had a live musician. Pine Ave is a great street to be on too.

Every was great! Only suggestion is a couple of correct sized pillows on king bed, have a Keurig coffee maker, and leave a pod or two for laundry.

First time visit to AMI

The location of the condo was perfect. within walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. very clean and well stocked. the twin beds were not very comfortable. But otherwise I would highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous!!

Rented kayaks for the week and kayaked almost every day. Short walk to bay side beach area; longer walk to gulf side but still doable. Condo is very well stocked, clean and near the AMI pier. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on AMI and the location of this property was perfect.

We highly recommend staying at this property. The location was ideal, close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We didn’t even need our car, we biked or walked everywhere we went. The private dock was a favorite as well. We sat out in the mornings and evenings, watched the manatee go by, and kayaked around the waterways. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Location

The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, close to the pier and right across the street from the ice cream shop, Two Scoops. Te dock was perfect for our morning cup of coffee. Private and quiet area.

Great location & beautiful view of the canal

The location was great- just a short walk to the pier & the bus & many stores. The view from the couch was of the canal & trees & was very beautiful! Sitting at the kitchen table eating meals- we were able to see dolphins swimming in the canal several times! It also had all the kitchen things we needed for cooking.

Perfect in Everyway!!

Would 100% recommend staying in this cute condo!! It was everything that was said about it. It was clean and had what we needed for our 2 week stay. The dock was a plus. We loved starting and ending our day on this lovely dock and even and a few meals on it. It was perfect!! Will definitely will stay there again, if we have the opportunity.

Great condo

Had a wonderful stay- it was nice having the private pier and being able to fish and then being so close to the icecream shop, general store, and ami pier. The only drawbacks were the broken shower door, the stained sheets on 2 beds (which could’ve been the cleaning companies error) and you need to check each dish before you use it as most were dirty (possibly past residents not washing)… but it was otherwise a really cute place and location!

Excellent !!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet ( I am a very light sleeper). The apartment is very clean and freshly painted. The property is located by bay with beautiful trees . very secluded and quiet. The location is next to the beach and to the ice-cream store. Evening promenades were remarkable. We definitely would like to come back.

Fantastic vacation

The property was just what we expected. It had a real Florida vibe. It was very clean and had all the utensils you could possibly need. The private jetty was a nice bonus which we put to good use. We only have one small complaint.. the property directly beneath is undergoing a complete renovation so we had construction noise Monday to Friday.

The apartment is lovely and the location is great. Bear in mind that the landlord has an unstated policy of providing a single roll of TP, even to a family of 4 who rented for a week. However, when I asked if there was more, he had someone stop by with a few supplies the next day.

From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed.The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable, with plenty of storage and closet space. We fished off the dock every day and watched manatees and dolphins swim by.A washer and dryer (located in a separate building), came in handy for freshening up towels and swimsuits.Just a short walk to both the bay and Gulf beaches. The trolley picks up at the nearby pier, making it easy to get around without a car. We also appreciated being close to a general store, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and places to rent bikes, kayaks, or golf carts.The outside grounds were neatly landscaped and wonderfully quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

We live in Seattle and fell in love with Anna Maria a few years ago. We love the 'old Florida' vibe of Anna Maria, and the sheer physical beauty of the beaches and the water.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We were looking for a property that had a real tropical feeling and a location that would allow us to walk instead of having to get in a car to go everywhere.
We can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We also wanted water access for paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

We chose this property because it has lots of windows, view to the canal, and a private dock. The access to everything is unbelievable! Goodbye car. Hello boats, bicycles, and our feet!
