Mooi appartement direct aan het strand! Deze ruime studio bevindt zich op de 12e verdieping van toren 1 en is voorzien van een queensize bed en een GLOEDNIEUWE high-end slaapbank die uitkomt op een koningin slaper. Dit apparaat heeft ook een kitchenette en een wasmachine / droger. Dit toestel slaapt 4 zeer comfortabel. De kitchenette heeft een minikoelkast en een nieuw toegevoegde (2018) grotere koelkast met vriesvak, nieuw toegevoegd (2018) aanrecht Ice-maker, NuWave-kookplaat, slowcooker, magnetron, nieuw toegevoegd (2018) dubbel koffiezetapparaat (k -cup of normaal) en broodrooster. Kenmerken omvatten een grote flatscreen HDTV / DVR en HD DVD-speler. DVD staat voor Netflix, Pandora, enz ... Long Beach Resort beschikt over 3 bubbelbaden, een lagunebad op het eiland en twee Polynesische zwembaden (een van de Polynesische zwembaden wordt momenteel gesloten en er wordt gewerkt aan schade door orkaan Michael). We hopen het snel te kunnen repareren en weer te kunnen openen. Gratis parkeren is beschikbaar direct voor de torens en is 24/7 beveiligd. Dit is een niet-roken-eenheid, geen huisdieren toegestaan en huurder moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn. Deze torenrenovatie werd voltooid in december 2014.

We loved the location! Super close to everything (even Walmart). Great little clean room with ocean view. Lisa was amazing at answering any text messages with questions we had, even the stupid ones. Lol Would stay here again!! Without hesitating. Our only "mini" complaint is there isn't a full size fridge or stove/ oven, and I wish we'd had a wider view of the ocean than the corner balcony. Other than that, elevators were fast, security staff didn't hassle anyone but was right there when we called on an unauthorized guest on the pool deck harassing people, and plenty of parking. For a studio, plenty of room for the two of us. Thank you!!

Great host

Our host was phenomenal. The unit was as advertised. It is small, but our family of 3 fit well. The unit is well stocked and clean. Everything was great, except the bed matress. It is time for an update, but there was plenty of bedding and clean sheets available. The resort itself is very clean and well managed. Security is present everywhere, so I never felt concerned with my teen and her friends going from pool to pool (we traveled with a ball team).

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. GREAT communication leading-up to, and during our stay. Very convenient location (Wal-Mart and dining literally across the street). We were just steps from the beach and were happy to find a few beach chairs and items that we could use during our stay; this was especially helpful since we flew-in and couldn't pack a lot of regular beach "must haves." We happily contributed a few goodies also so other guests may benefit in the future. The lagoon pool was very nice as well. We hope to be back soon :)

Annual Birthday/Anniversary Trip

We absolutely loved our stay at Moore's Getaway! It was perfect for us. Everything was stocked from toilet paper, paper towels, kcups pods, laundry soap, and a full cupboard of plates, cups, glasses, silverware and even various mugs from places like Pineapple Willy's. Loved the location - walking distance to Walmart, Waffle House, and Pineapple Willy's. Never a wait for the elevators. Clean floors and walkways. Secure parking lot with loads of parking spaces. We'll definitely be back and will recommend to our friends.

Nice Location

Overall pleased with condo, suited our family of three. The view is Nice!! Easy access to ocean, and the Lagoon pool is Awesome! Would recommend and hope to return.

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed and more . The location was perfect and was in close distance to everything we needed . The view was so beautiful and it was not overly crowded at all. While the parking lot was full I literally don’t think that we ran into anyone on the floor that we stayed on.

Perfect for a getaway!

The property and room are well maintained and convenient. Just enough space for the 4 of us to be comfortable. Easy access to the beach and pools along with places to eat and local shops. Several trips to and from the room during the day were needed but was not a hassle since you are right there! Walking distance to some great food. White sandy beaches. I was nervous going during College spring break but that did not bother our vacation at all! The kids didn’t get out of hand and they all seemed to enjoy themselves and the families enjoyed their selves too! Overall great location, the property manager was so helpful with check in and that was the easiest planning of a trip I have had! We will be back!

Nice Condo Unit & Gracious Host Make for a great Stay

Very nice Efficiency condo unit suitable for a couple and possibly one or two young children. Well-equipped with refrigerator, micro-wave, dual coffee maker, etc. Resort is accessible with convenient parking in front of building. Easy access to a very nice beach. We appreciated and took advantage of the fact that the facility is located close to several excellent waterfront restaurants. It would not be fair if I did not acknowledge our very gracious host regarding her handling of events that occurred during our visit. Due to a problem with housekeeping, and through no fault of our host, the condo was not ready for occupancy when we arrived. Our host, Lisa, quickly responded and we were provided with a very nice adjacent unit for the night until our condo could be serviced the next morning. In addition, our host generously and unsolicited by us, refunded a portion of our rental fee to make up for the minor inconvenience we experienced. Earlier, we had run into a problem with our scheduled visit to the resort due to Hurricane Ian. Lisa was very accommodating in allowing us to cancel or reschedule our visit. Whether it was responding to problems that arose prior to or during our visit, or answering general questions about the Panama Beach area, Lisa always followed through promptly with an informative and/ or problem-solving answer. Lisa was an outstanding caring host in all respects.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We visited Florida and Panama City Beach every year and have stayed in quite a few different condos but always came back to Long Beach Resort. The beach is beautiful and Long Beach Resort has the most spacious beach area due to having the four Towers. Plenty of beach for everyone! The floor plans are the best on the beach! The 3 pools are beautiful and there's no problem finding a lounge chair. There is plenty of parking right in front of the Tower so no streets to cross or parking garages to deal with. There is a guard at the gate 24/7 and secure beach gates as well.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

We purchased this unit in April, 2014. We completely redecorated and added all new dishes/linens and do so frequently. The unit has a new washer/dryer, new mattress and frame, new sleeper sofa as well. There is free WI/FI in the unit, an HDTV/DVR and HD DVD Player with options for Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, etc..... - There is also a new NuWave Precision Cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge as well as a newly added (2018) larger refrigerator with freezer, newly added (2018) dual coffee maker (K-cup or regular), toaster, and crock pot available to make meals, if desired.
