I thought the property was in great shape. We enjoyed the outdoor porches with the swings. In my opinion, the proximity to the Watercolor Club was awesome. The only addition to me would be to add a golf cart as part of the package. It helps get small kids to the Watercolor Camp.Overall, I think this is great place for families.Thanks

Great spot for the family

The location is perfect for a family with young kids. Access to the beach club is a short walk / trolly ride away. The other amenities like camp water color and restaurants were also easily accessible and makes this a great spot. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the unit that were a little disappointing, but overall the location is an A.

Great family vacation spot

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. The beds were so comfortable. The carriage house was perfect for the younger kids so they could sleep away from the noisy family downstairs. Hope to return next year.

Family Gathering

The location was perfect , with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was open and spacious enough to enjoy our guests and friends from next door for dinner. The accommodation were exactly as advertised.

Perfect for large amount of people! Spacious enough that you didn’t hear others inside. I suggest purchasing paper towels, garbage bags and dishwasher soap & hand soap. I pre ordereda few morning necessities before arrival(coffee, cream, fruit, pop) since we arrived later evening. Our unit did not include a golf cart. We did rent one ahead though. Some do include the cart. Location was great to everything! Response was almost immediate with any questions you have. Excellent communication.

Wedding Weekend

Great property and location for a family wedding we were attending. Living areas and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Couches in sitting room and living room do seem a bit worn but that is often the case in rentals.

Huge place, nicely kept

Very nice house for the weekend of our sons wedding. Convenient to the lake house, the park, and wine bar where we held rehearsal dinner. Everything worked well and was clean and ready. Thanks.

Beautiful Buttercup on the Emerald Coast

Awesome home in Watercolor, Florida that was perfect for a family vacation. Very close to the beach and biking/walking trails throughout. The house offered multiple places for spreading out and the porches with the swings were perfect. The carriage house also gave additional privacy for friends. The decor was elegant with a fun twist in the bunk room! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing place!

The property is tired. Cabinets are very old. Large patched holes in ceiling of main living area (water leaks). Carpet is stained. For the high price of this rental and location in Watercolor, I would expect a more updated and pristine property. The rental company was good but I expect a much nicer property for this price.

Great location in Watercolor! Easy walk to the pools and beach. Spacious, beautiful home easily accommodated 10 (6 adults, and 4 children) for a great family gathering celebrating a 50th anniversary! Would love to visit this property again in the future!

We had a great time in Watercolor on Buttercup Street. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. Our home could use a few updates, but the size and rooms were great for our family. We had a few issues starting off, but 360 Blue was extremely helpful and quickly solved the problems.

104 Buttercup is the perfect home to gather with your spouse, kids and grandkids for a low maintenance, memory making holiday experience. 2019 was our second year to spend Christmas at Watercolor. This home is great for relaxing, cooking meals together and enjoying family time on the beach or on the large wrap-around porches at the house. We love it! Looking forward to more times together in this beautiful home and resort.

We loved our stay at 104 Buttercup !!! The location was amazing and easy to take bikes everywhere! The porches were endless and the front porch is directly across from a green... the hallways were huge and the house was perfect for entertaining !!!

We enjoyed our annual family beach vacation with our two sons , their wives, and our two young grandsons , 8 and 10 yrs age at Water Color beginning , Sat. August 18 , and checking out Sat .AM. August 25 , 2018. We all stayed together that week in the wonderful home at 104 Buttercup St. in Water Color and enjoyed it.

The Lennard's place at104 Buttercup serves as one of the best possible set ups to conduct our organizations' Leadership Foxholes in the Southeast. Beautiful, spacious, inviting, you feel "at home" when you walk through the doors. On a scale of 1-10, we rate it as a solid 20!!!

July 2017 Stay

My family of 4 and my sister's family of 5 stayed at 104 Buttercup. It was the perfect sized house for us. The downstairs kitchen I think was our favorite part. It has a very open floor plan. We could all be downstairs, but not on top of each other. The house location was great and just a short bike ride to the beach or down to Seaside.
