De huurperiode voor de zomer van 2020 gaat snel. Dit spectaculaire vakantiehuis ligt op slechts 55 minuten van Jackson Hole, WY, op een terrein van 1,5 hectare en is onderdeel van de gemeenschap van Star Valley Ranch in het westen van Wyoming. Deze ruime 5000 m². ft, huis is gelegen in het bos en kijkt uit over een prachtige visvijver ... Geen vergunning vereist.

Op loopafstand van dit luxe familie-toevluchtsoord in de bergen zijn voorzieningen zoals twee tennisbanen, een kinderspeelplaats en het clubhuis voor de 9 en 18 holes PGA-golfbanen en verbeterde wandelpaden. Verken de berghellinggemeenschap. Vind je weg naar het gemeenschappelijke zwembad of pak je golfclubs en sla ballen op de driving range. Reserveer een starttijd op de 18-holes PGA-golfbaan, ook bekend als Cedar Creek, ook op het terrein van Star Valley Ranch.

Maak een korte rit van 55 minuten naar Jackson Hole voor een aantal avonturen op de site. Berijd de stroomversnelling tijdens rondleidingen over de beroemde Snake River. Bezoek Teton National Park. Droom van het Wilde Westen terwijl je slaapt in de Cowboy Room of dobber in de veilige haven van de Lighthouse Room. Word knus en comfortabel in het liefdesnest. De kinderen zullen dol zijn op de Disney-kamer. Er zijn twee grote slaapkamers ... Geniet van de nachtsterren door skyglass ramen boven het bed in de master Loft! en de master suite op de begane grond is perfect voor privé-ontspanning. Beide master's hebben een bubbelbad, ruime douches en inloopkasten.

Deze woning slaapt comfortabel 26 personen, waardoor het de perfecte plek is voor een grote familiebijeenkomst. Er zijn vijf badkamers, twee kachels en een ontbijtbar voor negen personen tegelijk. De gigantische keukentafel biedt plaats aan 18 personen. Plus twee kinderstoelen voor de kleintjes.

Er zijn puzzels om te monteren, games om te spelen, boeken om te lezen en bordspellen om te veroveren ... Genoeg te doen, zelfs nadat de zon ondergaat.

This house was at the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. There were plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Maybe another ladle would be nice. Steve and Karen greeted us upon arrival and. Explained everything clearly. Definitely would stay there again.

The perfect family cabin.

Steve and Karen are the perfect hosts and are so helpful in explaining everything about their cabin before you check in. The home was very clean, the views of the pond are amazing, and our family had a wonderful and creating lots of memories.

It was a great place for our family to stay

It was a great location for all of the activities we wanted to do, it was clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint was that it got a little warm in the house in the afternoon, but it cooled off fast near sundown. Steve was great to work with and I was so amazed that he and his family built the cabin.

Gordon and his family were great and respectful guests. We rate them 5 plus. We have had record temperatures in Star Valley. Nights get down to 50 degrees. We aren't aware of any residents that have a/c.

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

Couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The owners were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Cabin is in the perfect location, nestled in the trees right off the golf course and next to a pond. Nice open kitchen for family dinners and games. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin layout for family reunion. Our family consisted of 18 people age ranging from 11-78.

Awesome cabin, great deck to hang out on. Boys enjoyed golf course right next door. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Went to Teton National Park for a great hike. Spent a day in Yellowstone. Overall awesome week with family!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable surroundings. Had everything to make our family reunion delightful. Steve & Karin were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great family reunion with our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren at this cabin. The property had plenty of space for all of us to eat together in the beautiful kitchen with the very large table. The basement area was cool in the hotter July weather. The views are gorgeous. In addition to the wonderful house and Star Valley Ranch area, we explored Jackson and Afton. Steve and Karen were wondrrful hosts. They welcomed us warmly. It was a wondrrful experience!

Wonderful place to gather as a family!

We recently had an amazing stay here with our large family, and it was an wonderful experience. The cabin is very large, spacious, impeccably clean, with beautiful woodwork that adds a charming rustic feel. The location is perfect – nestled in Star Valley, yet conveniently close to Jackson Hole and Palisades. This made it easy for us to explore the stunning surroundings while having a cozy and comfortable place to return to. Christmas in the woods

I’ve always wanted to have Christmas in the woods with my family. This was the perfect place to stay. We had a great time. Karin and Steve were great and easy to communicate with. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked every meal there and didn’t lack for anything. Everything is as it is listed.

Lots of elbow room

Plenty of room. The kids were able to really spread out. We were visited each morning by a doe and her fawn. Seems that the kitchen was the gathering area, no problem for 18 people.Every evening the boys 10yo to 7, played basketball with their dads. Great Fun! Overall a great stay.

Wyoming wedding weekend

My brother in law got married at Preston ranch cabins, so we found this beautiful home to accommodate our large group! We were only 8 miles away from the wedding venue and were able to enjoy fishing, golfing and a quick trip to Jackson! The hosts are AMAZING! They are so sweet and very kind. The house is gorgeous and great for big groups who like to hang out together and spend time outside! Thanks Afflecks! We will be back!

Family paradise

This is a lovely property in the woods overlooking a golf course and a charming pond.The cabin is thoughtfully stocked. To the delight of my grandchildren deer and rabbits wandered through the property morning and evening. It is very clean and comfortable. I think the activities we had planned each day were just a distraction from the time my family wanted to spend at the cabin. Thank you so much Steve and Karin.

Wonderful, but warm

Everything about this house was absolutely wonderful except for the heat. We were there in June. The view out the front windows was great. But you have to keep the shades closed in the afternoon due to the excessive heat. Since most windows don't open, there is no breeze. It got quite hot during the day. Fortunately, we used the wonderful deck. With the retractable awning there is a choice between sitting in sun or shade. Overall I would recommend this house.

This is the first 4 star rating we have received in 10 years. The rest have been 5 stars. I would like to address the heat problem. I don't know anyone on Star Valley Ranch that has air conditioning because even in the hottest days of summer (85 to 90 degrees) the evenings get down into the low 40s. We instructed these guests to open the windows at night. When we inspected the cabin, after these guests left, we noticed that both thermostats were turned up to 72 degrees. This means that even if they opened the windows the furnace was working overtime to keep the cabin to 72 degrees. I am sorry... we apparently need to be more clear about heat management. We are careful to respond if a guest has a problem, but we didn't know there had been a problem until we read the review.

Made a wonderful memory to last a lifetime!

First of all, Steve and Karin are such welcoming, helpful, and easy to like people you could ever meet. Everyone had fun picking their room and the grandsons were delighted when they realized they didn't have to sleep in the same bedroom with their sisters! We celebrated a birthday and were all able to be around the table which we have never done. Spent many evenings sitting on the porch with guitar and singing while kids played basketball with Grandpa on the driveway. But by far the highlight was staying up super late one night to lay back and see the stars! It was like nothing the kids had ever seen before. I know they will never forget all the wonderful moments we spent at this beautiful cabin!

It was a beautiful setting with plenty of room for our BIG family reunion

The property was GREAT. Very clean with a good stocked kitchen for cooking. Everything the listing described was available. The grandkids played basketball in the driveway. We played games on the lawn. Some of us went fishing in the pond. Some went for a jog around the neighborhood and even went for a hike into the east hills for half a day. We went to the pool and had a blast. We hiked to the intermittent spring in Afton. We also went to a good place to target practice that was close. The kitchen and living room was a hit because we could all sit down and eat together and visit without feeling crowded. Plenty of room to park cars on the driveway or street. Having 2 washers and dryers and refrigerators were a PLUS. We would recommend this house with it's amenities and good price to anyone. The owner was very available for questions also. The host said we were the last ones to rent because he won't be doing this any longer. It was a large place, nice bedrooms for each. No air conditioning left us with a sweaty stay. Great kitchen. Had some trouble with a funny smell in the downstairs utility room. Very friendly host couple.

Wonderful Vacation

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room, plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area was spacious and a great gathering place. The view of the pond and golf course was so peaceful. Thank you to the owners that were so gracious and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place!

Karin and I have loved having this home as a gathering place for our family of nine children and 40+ grandchildren. Reunions, Thanksgiving, Christmas, honeymoons, anniversaries... are just a few memories that have come to mean so much to us. We are retired from the automotive parts distribution business. I am a serious fly-tier and fly fisherman. Some of the finest 'Blue Ribbon Fishing' is close by. We built this home as a gathering place for our family. It can be just that for you.

The Cabin @ Star Valley is designed to accommodate large groups...like family reunions or business retreats. You may want to visit Jackson Hole to do some shopping, visit an art gallery, see a movie, ride the white water rapids of the Snake River, go to dinner, listen to cowboy poetry or see a live play. You can hike local canyons to beautiful waterfalls.

The Cabin @ Star Valley is on one of the very best lots on Star Valley Ranch. The large bay windows reveal a stocked fishing pond only 100 yards from the back porch. The spectacular view of the pond, golf course, fairways, towering aspen trees and lodge-pole pines is a sight to behold. The large bay windows bring the wonders of nature's beauty almost right inside with you.

You rent golf carts and all-terrain vehicles to help you get around and explore the wonders of nature around you! This is the view for anyone sitting at the 18 place dining table.

The gourmet kitchen has two of everything...ovens, stove (one gas, the other electric).

Each bedroom on the lower level has a decorative theme. The Cowboy Room, the Lighthouse room, the Lovebird's Nest, the Norwegian room and the Disney room. There are two laundry rooms; one on the main level, the other downstairs.
