Absolutely amazing ocean-view cottage! Everything was exactly as promised, and the communication throughout our stay was exceptional. Beautiful views, a wonderful place to stay, and such thoughtful hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, truly a memorable stay!

Lovely quiet location. Walking distance to Cabot provincial park was wonderful for our family. Driving distance to all the major beaches. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Malpeque.

This beautiful cottage is exactly as described and more. It truly is an Island Oasis. From the moment we arrived, everything was as promised. Brian and Marilou are wonderful, caring hosts. They leave nothing to chance and are always in communication, and are always available to answer questions, for which we were very appreciative.There is plenty to do and see and of course, the local seafood is amazing. Also, the kitchen is so beautifully appointed that cooking was an absolute joy, especially with those views!The cottage is perfect, the location is perfect, and the views are simply breathtaking. We have fallen in love with this peace of heaven in PEI. Brian and Marilou have created a very special place and we feel privileged that we were able to spend some time here. Tony Bennett sang "I left my heart in San Francisco". I left my heart at Island Oasis, Malpeque Bay. We will return, for sure.P.S. The sunrise, if you get up early enough, are spectacular!

The cottage has beautiful views of the bay and was a peaceful respite after full days of touring the island. We really appreciated the outdoor seating spaces both deck and screened in porch. The cottage was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The property was new and very well furnished. The kitchen provided everything necessary to cook a meal. Bathrooms were well thought out, so nice to have the laundry room there. It would be really nice to have a dining table and chairs on the deck as we would have used that many evenings.

Great 3 bedroom cottage in a great area.Freindly neighbors,the cottage could use some maintenance and some basic condiments like tea,coffee,salt pepper bbq spices kleenex for travelers when you arrive.

PEI Island Oasis

The hosts were amazing - so attentive and paid attention to every detail. The cottage is well kept with a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. Well done !!!

Malpeque PEI

Exceptionally clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, beautiful setting with view of ocean, close to North Cape coastal drives, walking distance to Cabot Provincial Park, many excellent restaurants both nearby and further afield. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

Great house by Cabot Beach!

Brian’s house is a great getaway, very comfortable, nicely appointed and stocked kitchen. Communication with Brian is very easy. Short walk to Cabot Beach and the best restaurant in the neighborhood (the only one😊) - Malpeque Oyster Barn. Try the seafood chowder! Saw the aurora borealis the last night we were there.

Beautiful, Peaceful PEI Property

Brian is a wonderful, friendly host with excellent communication before & during our stay. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a wonderful space to prepare meals. It is very conveniently located to several wonderful beaches (Cousins was our favorite) and fish markets. Just what we needed for our Island escape.

Quaint, clean, quiet and close to the beach

The owner is a very good communicator. The house is clean and comfortable with a modern flare. The area is super quaint with farms, wetlands, a quiet fishing bay and Cabot Beach which is gorgeous, has warm water, easy parking, clean washrooms and a playground. There was no stress involved in our stay which was literally what the doctor ordered for me!

Awesome place

Brian was so easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The home was very tastefully decorated and provided many amenities - lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys (we didn't use), W&D, stocked kitchen. We had lots of privacy as we were last house on lane. Location was centrally located to places we wanted to visit. By far Cabot Beach (just down the road) was our favorite. Lovely front desk to watch the boats going in and out.

Nice getaway

Loved staying at this cottage near Cabot Beach. Property is well maintained and clean. Spacious enough for a family for sure. Enjoyed watching the surf. Only downside for our family was the mosquitoes. They loved the property too. However property has a screened in porch so you could enjoy the views without too much trouble.

Restful time in PEI

The cottage was very peaceful and my family of six (12, 10, 9, and 6) had a really nice time. The layout was great for the kids and we enjoyed the screened in porch. We took advantage of Cabot Beach/Park and the kids LOVED catching crabs and shrimp. The water was incredible and extremely clear; it was very comfortable temperature wise. The bathroom showers had awesome water pressure and there was a walk-in shower. There are about six steps to enter the cottage and you can see the water from the porch and several rooms. The cottage is pretty centrally located to several other parts of the island and is about 30 minutes from Green Gables, and several national parks (30-90 minutes). My kids had a wonderful time and want to come back again!
