Aloha! Onze prachtige flat is een favoriet bij koppels en wij verzekeren u, ons ongelooflijk lage nachttarief is NIET te goed om waar te zijn. U kunt een van de vele zijn die onze onberispelijke, comfortabele appartementen met 1 slaapkamer / 1 badkamer beoordelen en beoordelen. We slapen twee, houden het altijd leuk voor onze gasten en onszelf wanneer we bezoeken :) Ons huis is gelegen in een rustig en ontspannend complex, met Kona slechts enkele minuten. Met geweldig uitzicht vanaf de Lanai, zult u 's avonds genieten van adembenemende zonsondergangen over de oceaan. Heerlijke maaltijden kunnen worden bereid in onze volledig uitgeruste keuken of bij het zwembad bij het grillstation van de faciliteit, waar u kunt socialiseren met andere bezoekers van over de hele wereld die ervoor hebben gekozen om te verblijven in prachtige Alii Villas.

Verschillende stranden liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand en het centrum van Kona is een korte wandeling of rit, ongeveer 1,5 km van de deur. Green Flash Coffee is naast de deur met heerlijke koffie, smoothies, gebak en broodjes. Je zult snorkellocaties in de buurt ervaren en een paar recht tegenover Alii Villas. U kunt aan het zwembad ontspannen met een boek uit de goed gevulde bibliotheek of een wandeling langs de kustlijn maken naar Kona om de dagelijkse livemuziek te bekijken op een van de vele geweldige lokale plekken, waar u kunt genieten van een koel tropisch drankje en geweldig eten.

Er zijn zoveel geweldige activiteiten op het grote eiland ... paardrijden door ontzagwekkende Waipio-vallei, nachtsnorkelen met mantaroggen, zip-voering door oerwouden en over watervallen, lavastromen in Kilauea, bezoek de enige vanillebonenboerderij in de ONS of zie het observatorium van de bergtop, wandelen, duiken, vissen ... bijna alles wat u zich kunt voorstellen en zou willen doen!

Alii Villas heeft prachtig onderhouden terrein met een hoffelijke en behulpzame on-site manager en zijn personeel. Het weer is het hele jaar door geweldig, zodat je optimaal kunt profiteren van alles wat er te doen is. Koelers, strandstoelen, handdoeken en snorkelspullen zijn allemaal inbegrepen in ons onlangs gerenoveerde appartement

So clean and everything you need. Best stay we have had in Kona. Thanks again and we will be back. BTW best place we found to eat this trip was in Waimea at the Noodle Club. Sunday special is ox tail soup.

Quiet and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood convenient to Kona town. Plenty of space for 2 people. We were here for the Ironman - property allows you to escape the craziness of Kona-town but close enough to bike/walk without needing a rental car.

Big Island Visit

Laura was awesome throughout the entire process from booking until completion. The condo is located in a great area of town on Ali’i Drive. The property had everything I needed, great kitchen and everything else you would need for an extended stay. Definitely recommend!!!

It was very obvious that Arnold and Laura take pride in their condo in Kona. It was very clean and had everything we needed. So beautiful and comfortable. The view from the third floor was amazing whether you wanted the sunrise or sunset. Thank you so much.

Nice condo with everything you need and more. Lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, even condiments. Very clean and updated. Close to the pool. The complex was not super busy so had the pool to ourselves a lot. Can walk to downtown.

Living like a local.

The home was fully equipped for our vacation from the kitchen to the beach accessories. Clean, comfortable, and homey. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean in the morning and the easy access to a beach a short drive away each afternoon. Plan to leave early in the morning for day trips as sites are an hour or two drive away. Beautiful vistas and waterfalls on day hikes! Our hosts gave great recommendations on things to do and were very welcoming.

"Pristine Condo"

We loved renting this condo. It was immaculate. Fully stocked cupboards and pantry. Top quality bedding, towels and cookware. The outdoor dining was perfect with an incredible view of the ocean. Loved the easy contact with the host during and prior to our stay. Gave us awesome suggestions and make sure every detail is looked after. This is our favorite rental on the island. Thanks for sharing with us. Hope to return.

Wonderful home away from home

We've had a wonderful stay at Arnold and Laura's condo. The unit is very modern, beautifully decorated and very well maintained - we had everything we needed and more. Every little detail in the condo is carefully though-through which makes it very cozy and home-like. We loved the spacious main room and lanai - great for watching the waves and resting. We got so lucky to even see the dolphins playing right in front of the building couple of times during our trip. Arnold and Laura are amazing hosts - we got plenty of great advice and insights on what to see and do on the Big Island from best snorkeling tours to wonderful place to visit and dine out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Overall, this was a great experience. Laura was great to work with, and the condo was clean and very well stocked. There was even a ukulele! The only really negative thing for me was that the wifi was extremely spotty. This was hard because I had to do some work while I was here. Also, there is no place to sit and eat inside - only on the lanai. At minimum, some stools for the kitchen peninsula would be nice.

Exceeded our expectations !

The owners - Laura was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Very easy to reach, provided all the required information, and made the whole process very simple - Thank you Laura The condo - the owners obviously love this place and visit often as they have made it to feel like home. It's clean, spacious, quiet and close to everything you will need. The neighbors are friendly, the pool area is spacious and sunny, and you can gather with neighbors to watch the sun go down right at the oceans edge. The town - Kona is just a short walk with lots of places to enjoy some music and the ocean while having a meal, or a Mai Tai (or two!). The island - They don't call this the Big Island for nothing ! If you want to see all the sites you will need a car....but lucky for you, Laura's condo has its own private parking spot - easy to get in and out and very convenient for seeing the island. A highlight of ours was to see the bubbling lava at Volcano National Park ! All in all, this is a great place to stay and it is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed !

ENJOYABLE FROM BEGINNING OF HOLIDAY TO THE END!

Laura and Arnold's condo at Alii Villas was definitely our"home-away-from-home" during our three-week stay in Kailua-Kona. The condo kitchen was laid out very conveniently with lots of counter space. The owners supplied much more in the way of cooking ingredients (spices, oil, sugar, salt and pepper, etc.) than we have had in other condos in Hawaii. There was every pot, pan and utensil you could ever want, including a rice cooker that we used a lot! They provided lots of paper products too, so much that we didn't run out of anything! The living room is spacious and there is a lovely breeze that comes from the large lanai off it. From the lanai we could see the ocean and pool. We enjoyed both very much. Additionally, the landscaping around the complex was lovely. There are tons of flowering plants as well as every type of palm imaginable. We especially enjoyed the fan palms close by our lanai. There were plenty of fans throughout the condo, although we almost always had a breeze to keep things cool. There is a jalousied window by the bed where the air comes into the room to keep it comfortable for sleeping. I loved hearing the doves and other birds in the morning. They are the sounds of Hawaii for me. The location of Alii Villas is perfect for walking into town. It is about 10 minutes to Lava Java and then another 15 or so to the pier at the end of town. There is usually lots of free parking by the Coconut Grove (behind Bongo Ben's). Of course there are lots of places to have coffee and eat. We always enjoy the Kona Inn happy hour from 2-5 daily. The appetizers are a good size and the Mai-Tais are delicious. We did a lot of snorkeling at several beaches, as well as doing the Fairwind cruise to Captain Cook Cove. It is not inexpensive but they provide lots of food and beverages, for both breakfast and lunch, as well as all the equipment and information needed for a good snorkel of the area. All-in-all we enjoyed ourselves so much we cannot wait to return! Ro & King

Comfortable, Quiet and Scenic

Loved the community vibe of Ali’i Villas. The neighbours were very nice! Laura was an excellent host, providing lots of helpful information. Her place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I liked how quiet it was during the nighttime.

High school sweethearts who have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands for 45 years. Kona, and specifically Alii Villas, for 14 years.
We live in a small town in Oregon where it is beautiful, but cold and rainy a lot of the year.
The Big Island has given us the best of both worlds. Pure Heaven.

We fell in love with this complex the first time we visited, it truly felt like paradise.
Maui and Kauai were beautiful but The Big Island has felt like home for us since day one.
Never even imagining we would purchase a condo here ,we kept returning and tried to do something different each time.
The warmth of the local people,and the true Aloha spirit we felt the minute we got off the plane, made us want more.
Our parents encouraged us to work hard in life and enjoy the fruits of our labors.
We finally fulfilled our dreams, and purchased our unit in February 2015.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Private and quiet, no walls shared with other units and No Parties allowed in our home ! Top floor unit with comfortable breezes at night. Great next door neighbors who also rent out their unit ! Courteous and helpful staff who maintain a beautifully kept facility.
Pool and ocean views and depending on the time of year, gorgeous sunsets viewed from our Lanai. Enjoy a cool beverage and meals on our new commercial grade lanai furniture.
