Welcome to this beautiful apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, near the marina and about 200 metres away from the beach. It has capacity for 4 guests.
This apartment which is located on a second floor with elevator, offers a fantastic corner where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning feeling the soft and fresh sea breeze. In addition, this little terrace will allow you to spend time watching people going by the street and enjoying as well as you the atmosphere in their cosy terraces.

Inside you find 85 m2 of simplicity and comfort. The living-dining room, equipped with AC, offers two sofas to rest, read a book or watch TV, as well as to enjoy your meals all together. In the kitchen, the ceramic hob, the oven and the rest of the appliances and utensils invite you to cook your best recipes. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are right here. The apartment features 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed, AC, a closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair; another with two twin beds and a closet; and the last one with a single bed. Finally, a bathroom with a tub and an electric radiator complete this accommodation.

The location is perfect because Puerto de Alcudia is an area with all services just a few steps away: cafes, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and the beach, of course. A beach of fine sand and crystalline water skirting the coast along 7 km, from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. If you don't rent a car, the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the summer and you can visit Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença or Palma, among others. If you rather rent a car, you will reach other dream-like places like the family beach of Son Serra de Marina, Cala San Vicente or the charming villages of Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià. They really are worth a visit.

The accommodation is big and nice, but we have bad experiences over it. When we arrived at the accommodation, the heater was broken and there was water flushing out of the broken back, and the drain hole in the yard was also clogged, so the yard was a little flooded. It wasted us a lot of time trying to contact the host and wait the plumber to fix the problem. The small bathroom is not very good. It was a bit dirty and the toilet wasn’t working, so we did not use it, but the host think we broke it and want to charge us more.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke phantastisch ? Supermarkt gleich gegenüber und ein kleines Cafe direkt nebenan. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in Laufnähe, hier waren auch die Mülltonnen. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar und man ist innerhalb 2 Minuten an der Promenade vom Hafen und in 5 Minuten am Strand = wir kommen gerne wieder

We would have chosen the same flat again!

Our family of five had a great stay in this very convinient located and well equipt flat. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and parking near by. Beaches too, although we prefared to drive to other beaches. The only minus, is that two of the badrooms are without air condition, but with all doors open it was okey. We would have chosen the same flat again!

The Apartment is perfect for 4-5 adults and a baby

The curling Apartment has a really good position in Puerto d'alcudia . Right in front of the building you have a supermarket that is open everyday. Close to the Apartment there are a lot of restaurants. The space was clean and everything was fine when we arrived. The host does not speak english but he's a nice old man. Can really recommend this apartment

It is a very nice flat.

It is a very nice flat. check-in and check-out was very fast end easy. the owner of this flat speaks only Spanish but was very helpful. the supermarket is right across the flat and the beach just 10 minutes away. in the information point you can ask for tours. actually a very nice place. we had a rental car and also explored other beaches.
