Loved this location

The property was nicer than what the pictures depicted. The first floor was updated and remodeled. Loved the location and we were directly on the beach. Parking was right out the front door. Would stay here again for sure!!

The beach front property was amazing! Everyone was friendly and the water was shallow. We loved it definitely coming back to this property next year.

Great Place & Perfect Beach

We loved our stay! It was clean and very convenient. We absolutely loved the short walk to the beach!! The only negative is the parking. The home sleeps 14, but only has spots for 2 cars, which is somewhat of an inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great location

The location was within minutes of everything. I also really enjoyed the 1 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The place was more than what we expected, the only thing I didn’t like was that when we pulled the sofa bed out it was full of sand. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Excellent! My family and I can’t wait to be back

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It felt like home away from home! It was great from the moment we came through the door. Very neat place, with all the essentials. The views are breathtaking and being able to just relax outside on the balcony with amazing views was great! We were lucky to find this beautiful home right in front of the beach which was very convenient for us since we were also vacationing with our two year old and nine month old. Our family was amazed by this home and are definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

Great week with the kids!

Thanks so much for your hospitality! This home was lovely and we all had an amazing week! Even with 5 teenagers, there was no fighting or complaining. Best part: they rarely cared about their phones. Overall, great experience!

Ok stay

So the floors were filthy, mold in room, smelt like cat had sprayed inside the room. Blood on sheets. They showed up a couple of times to fix things inside( on our time) I would rent from them again just not this unit!

So Amazing

the downstairs bathroom needs fixing. The toilet would not flush all that great and the shower water smells bad. Beds are a a little hard and the sheets felt kind of sandy (no-pun intended). Beach chairs etc could use some replacing. Rusty and uncomfortable. Everything else was GORGEOUS! We had a Blast!!! We will be back!

Would NOT recommend

This townhouse smells soooooo bad! It smells like straight cat pee. There is no getting away from it. The patio furniture is either broken or falling apart. The microwave above the stove doesn’t work so there is another one on the counter but the outlet didn’t work. Compared to the other units this was NOT WORTH what they’re charging AT ALL. They had pest control come when we were there and we had to be there to let them in. Why wouldn’t they schedule that in between guests? The toaster was broken. They did replace that. The blinds are broken and I was worried that people could see in. The downstairs apartment lock locked the guests in and had to be let out from the outside which is a COMPLETE fire hazard. It was also broken so you really had to wiggle it around to even lock it from the outside. HUGE safety issue. The upstairs bathroom door stuck shut. The master balcony door was almost impossible to open and close. With so many safety hazards I was shocked and DISGUSTED that Ocean Reef did NOTHING to try and move us to a different rental or offer any sort of alternative for us. I had four kids and my in-laws and I was MORTIFIED that we rented this DUMP!!!! It ruined our vacation. My in laws were down from Michigan and it was a huge let down for not only them but a giant embarrassment for my husband and I. We have rented other units in that building and the one next to it and have always been very happy. Their maintenance man was very kind but the management group was just awful. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Mi familia y yo estamos muy satisfechos desde que comenzamos con la recervacion todo fue muy fácil mucho más de lo que esperaba y cuando llegamos ala propiedad superó nuestras expectativas la verdad todo estaba en orden limpio y la vista maravillosa realmente tuvimos una estancia muy placentera definitivamente volveremos y recomendado al 100%

This was a great location and loved that it was a private beach!

Overall, we loved the private beach and location! The only issue we had at this property, is that the kitchen sink was leaking, garbage disposal was backing up. The first time I contacted management, they did have someone out to look at it and we thought the issue was fixed. Turns out it was not fixed and I sent another 2 emails without any response. We did enjoy our stay though! Thanks!

Nice place to stay

Great location and literally steps from the beach. Brought the kids and their friends for a week. Really liked the separate downstairs “apartment”. Close to everything.

Greatest Vacation EVER!!!

The place was awesome. We would set on the balcony every morning (6:45 o 7:15) eating breakfast and watch the dolphins playing. YES!!! right out side our 2nd story balcony. The place was clean except for a few dirty dishes in the cabinet. This was not a problem because I always put all the dishes and silverware in the dishwasher anyway to get it a good clean. The place was right on the beautiful white sandy beach. My kids said this was the BEST VACATION we have ever had. We plan on going back. Many of my friends are wanting to go their now...... I just hope it's available when we are ready to go back. haha.

Wonderful Trip!

This rental was very comfortable and cozy as well as attractive. We had everything we needed, the unit was clean and the location was awesome. We enjoy going to the beach off season since it is not crowded but the weather is still very nice. The beach, sound of the waves and beautiful sunsets are right out your door. You will find several good restaurants within a short drive. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family for an enjoyable vacation.
