Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home beautiful and the location perfect for your stay. We’re sorry to hear that the quantity of starter essentials such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and toiletries was not sufficient for your group. We do provide a standard starter set for all guests, and we understand how important it is for larger groups and longer stays to have additional supplies on hand. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we review how we can better set expectations and improve provisioning. We appreciate you staying with us and hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and its location — we truly believe both make for a wonderful stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back again soon!
