Great Snorkelling

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location. This individual unit needs a portable air conditioner, even if available only in the hottest months (we were there in September/October and it was so warm, we didn't even sleep well). There are rusty holes in the bathroom door and other patched holes that need painting. Overall, we love staying at Honokeana because the property is well maintained and well managed.

We lucked out and found paradise

We stumbled upon this place while searching for an ocean view place in the Napili Beach area. A cancellation allowed us to book this wonderful place. Loved the quiet hours and small community of units. We have already booked for next year.

Rainbows and Turtles!

Reviewer Comments: Our week at Honokeana Cove began and ended with us sitting on our Lanai, marveling at the beautiful rainbows arching over the sea while we observed the astonishing array nature provides this little spot of paradise. Turtles came to rest directly below us in the afternoon sun, they bobbed in the sea, swimming lazily, often paddling over to greet delighted snorkelers. Honokeana Cove must be one of the most wonderful places on our planet.

Management is very helpful and friendly. We found the kitchen wares sparse which proved challenging but when I mentioned this to the manager, she ordered what I suggested right away. I am looking forward to using these the next time I come.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love this cove. We were enjoying our stay, it was quiet everyone was talking and getting along. The second week the entire experience shifted. Families came and did not respect anyone or the wildlife in the cove. The children were throwing large rocks into the cove. We had to police our space! This is not a place for families. I have been coming to the cove on and off for 26 years. Was disappointed.
