We had a great time this weekend! The views of the channel were fantastic, and the condo was very clean and well appointed — full kitchen, bathrooms stocked with towels, and everything you'd expect in a great rental property. Communication was great, and we would definitely rent it again.

I would strongly recommend a deep cleaning of this property. The shag carpet is off putting and holds a lot of the dust. The blinds are old and falling apart. Get rid of the giant Armoires and just have drawers. The door of the armoires in the master are hard to keep open and then bang into the already suffering blinds. The unit is spacious and the terrace is quite spacious. The kitchen is tiny but seems to have everything you would need. There is no ice maker, only trays, so bring a bag of ice or two for the unit. The dining table is bit and would seat 8 comfortably. The unit is large overall. Nicely positioned on the water too.

Perfect Spot for 4th of July Fun with Incredible Views!

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it! The view of the London Bridge and all the channel activity from the balcony was amazing—we spent most of our time out there when we weren’t enjoying the water right in front of the building. The location was ideal: just a short walk to great restaurants and shopping near the bridge, plus easy access to the ferry that takes you right to the casino across the water. The whole experience made for a relaxing and fun getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Love this condo!

We've stayed in other condos st King's View. The location never disappoints. They have everything you will need here! Great later checkout (1pm) which was such a bonus for us, given we had kiddos to pack up!

It was so easy to get in and out of the complex and the elevator took you right to the front door pretty much. Very beautiful views very spacious large condo had everything you needed. I would give more guidance on how to use the TV. The views were spectacular and you could see everything our fishing guy pulled right up to the beach and we just hopped on the boat. They were so gracious helping us because I had to extend this day two more days which worked out great because no one was checking in after us.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the condo, the easy access, and especially the spectacular views. It sounds like the fishing excursion was a highlight — hopping right on the boat from the beach is always a special experience. We’re also glad we were able to accommodate your extended stay and that it worked out so smoothly. We truly appreciate the feedback about the TV and will definitely work on providing clearer instructions for future guests. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Great location, excellent patio and view from top floor! Poorly stocked with necessities.

Good sized unit. Bedrooms, bathrooms quite nice. Living/dining area large and well furnished. Kitchen very small with very little counter space. The patio deck probably the best feature. Very large with lots of seating, tables, BBQ and great views.

Great spot!

My husband and I needed a spot close to the bridge, but didn't want to be in the middle of the party zone. Although King's View is a busy spot, this condo was on the backside and higher up so the party noise was limited. We only hear it briefly Saturday night. The patio is HUGE and the unit was clean and inviting. We will be coming back for sure!
