Deze fantastische community met middelen is perfect voor een MAAND, een JAAR of een Levenslange! Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers ingericht met een ontspannend uitzicht op het natuurreservaat en de rivier! Lichte en lichte keuken met Corian-tellers en GE-profielapparaten! Split-plan slaapkamers! Beide slaapkamers en de woonkamer openen naar een ontspannend balkon om de boten voorbij te zien varen op de Intracoastal Waterway of gewoon de natuur op zijn best voor je! Je kunt echt leven alsof je altijd op vakantie bent! Geniet van de voorzieningen, zoals onbeperkt golfen, 3 professioneel onderhouden tennisbanen verlicht voor nachtspel, bij het zwembad bij de jachthaven of bij het zwembad van de Beach Club aan de oceaan. Meer dan 4000 voet verhoogde looppaden over de natuurlijke beschermde gebieden en naar de Halifax-rivier. Twee fitnesscentra en veel fietspaden. Bootslips in de diepwaterhaven zijn ook te huur!
Ponce Inlet, een weelderig barrière-eiland omringd door de Atlantische Oceaan
en de Intracoastal Waterway, ver genoeg om de drukte te vermijden,
en dichtbij genoeg om dicht bij de actie te zijn. De stad Ponce Inlet
werd oorspronkelijk opgericht als een klein vissersdorp in 1887. lokaal
bewoners vissen nog steeds op de offshore wateren voor garnalen, snapper, cobia,

Lovely Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely two bedroom condo at Harbour Village. The condo was very nicely appointed and well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. The complex offers many amenities including exercise room, pool, hot tub and golf. There are beautiful walking trails to the beach and Halifax river. Our host, Patricia was very courteous and made sure everything was in order after check in. The information she provided was excellent.

Retreat and Recharge
We were immediately impressed with the condo and the grounds surrounding it. Gated community with walking trails, fishing pier, marina, restaurants, pools and more. We had a great host who took care to ensure we had everything we needed and more. little touches like candles, cleaning supplies, extra batteries for remotes, dryer sheets and on and on. The condo was lint and dust free and had upscale furniture and appliances. Views from the balcony were of the harbour and lighthouse. We hope to return soon.

Peaceful Oasis in Ponce Inlet
Pat and Van’s condo is a wonderful retreat. It overlooks the river and is so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. There are multiple pools in the complex and it’s a quick drive to the beach. Pat responded quickly to questions. We’d happily return!

April Vacation
This rental was great. Ares is perfect to ride bikes, run or just relax at pool or ocean. Very good restaurants are in close proximity to the property. The unit was extremely clean and very well appointed. The owners of the unit were perfect to deal with and no problems were encountered. I throughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again.

Great place
We stayed for the month of March, 2021 and found the place to be in a beautiful secured development. The condo is on the 5th floor overlooking the preserve and river which offers great views and lots of privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and selection of cookware. The furniture is very nice quality and nicely decorated. Beaches are fabulous and great for long walks and sunbathing. Pool area is very nice and they have a separate building on the beach with another smaller pool, exercise room, sauna and party room. One downfall is access to the grill. It's located by the main pool and not the most convenient as you have to haul your stuff back and forth. As a result, we didn't use it. We would not hesitate to come back if we visit this area again.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was comfortable and I felt as if we were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental. The kitchen was well equipped. Harbour Village has a great heated pool that I enjoyed. Perfect spot for a vacation in Florida.

Comfortable Condo
We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo! The beds were very comfortable, and all the other necessities of home were available. The view of the river with the boats traveling on it was very relaxing to watch from the breezy deck. Also, the amenities of the development itself made our stay that much better!

Exquisite Holiday
We just completed a month long stay at this condo with no regrets. The amenities kept us busy. The view from the top floor of the inter coastal waterway is lovely. Watching the boat traffic on the river was interesting. The condo was comfortable, with all the kitchen necessities you would need. We stayed at the condo during Hurricane Matthew. The building sustained no damage; thus it is well built. The beach club was a comfortable walk from the condo as was the private restaurant/pub. Food there was very good and well priced. Water aerobics is available. I did the aerobics with a group of women who were very welcoming and fun. We felt very secure at this property and the entire Harbour Village property. We are looking forward to staying here next year.

fantastic beautiful well appointed condo, lovely
We had the pleasure of wintering in this beautiful condo, so perfect with all the amenities, and very comfortable, impeccably maintained, and stocked with proper kitchen gear for our extended stay. The view is beautiful and unobstructed looking straight out over the river and when you lean to the right you catch the ocean view also. Beautiful sunsets that hallmark cards are written by. This condo is spacious and airy and perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great find owners are lovely also always on hand if needed.

autumn pleasure
This is our second year renting this lovely condo for the month of November. The south facing balcony is ideal for this time of year; sheltered from ocean winds with beautiful views of conservation area, intracoastal waterway and lighthouse. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. We enjoy hosting dinner parties for friends who also vacation in the area. The property has exceptional amenities (golf course, heated pools, club house with bar and restaurant, fitness centers and beach club)It is also kept very clean and beautifully landscaped by a very friendly staff. The owner is excellent to deal with and her property manager is a local resident who is very attentive. Local seafood restaurants are excellent and there are many golf courses within an easy drive. We discovered and especially like The Preserve at Turnbull Bay. As Canadians we are a little puzzled by the food and shopping extravaganza of this week (Thanksgiving) but are grateful to have the opportunity to share it with our new American friends. We are already making plans to return next year!

I am originally from Argentina, moved to USA in 1985, went to school at Georgetown University in Washington DC, have lived in Italy, Jamaica, Nicaragua and work in many countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. I love to travel, have a wonderful husband and daughter, and we love to spend our summers in "the condo". Enjoy surfing, golfing, tennis, eating out in many of the great restaurants, and of course we have to go to Disney every year. We bought the condo when we were living in Italy. We fell in love with the place, and it was our sense of home. We return every year and we miss it a lot when we are not there. It is wonderful.

We decided to buy the blue prints back in 2002 when we were living in Italy. My in-laws had a condo in Daytona Shores and we loved the serenity of the place, its wide and long sandy beach, the people, it is a little bit like going back in time. Still unspoiled by malls or high condominiums and it is very environmentally conscious. the Marine Science Center at the Light House is wonderful and it is a great educational facility as well as the light house museum itself. In addition you can enjoy the Arts and Science Museum in Daytona.
