Welkom bij de geweldige Sugar Beach Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama! Dit complex heeft het allemaal! Directe toegang tot de Golf, meerdere zwembaden, tennisbanen, overdekte parkeerplaats en vergeet de Sugar Shack niet voor die heerlijke strandactiviteiten! De locatie is perfect - dicht bij alle attracties van Orange Beach en Gulf Shores, vlakbij het Gulf State Park en het beste van alles, direct aan de Golf van Mexico.

In het appartement vindt u een grote master suite boven, met een Tempur-pedic Queen bed, futon slaper, flatscreen-tv, grote kast en een eigen badkamer. Beneden in de woonkamer, is er een tweepersoons slaapbank en comfortabele stoelen, evenals barkruk dineren voor drie. De gast bad en wasruimte zijn ook beneden gunstig gelegen voor het gezin.

Reserveringen die vóór 1 oktober zijn gemaakt voor het winterseizoen (januari en februari), vereisen een minimum van 60 dagen (twee maanden). Reserveringen die niet aan deze criteria voldoen, kunnen door het management worden geannuleerd. Na 1 oktober kunnen reserveringen worden gemaakt voor de wintermaanden met een minimum van drie of zeven nachten, afhankelijk van de specificaties van de unit.

Work/Play Weekend

I was in town for a few days for work and prefer to stay at a condo instead of a hotel. My daughter joined me and we had a great time. Perfect location, clean and spacious. Would stay there again!

GREAT ESCAPE!

Unit was just as advertised--looks exactly as pictured! Unit and building older, but well kept inside and out. Great value and on the beach! Would look forward to another stay in the same unit & recommend it to family & friends.

HAPPY! Just what we needed

Parking was under building in the cool. Close to everything you needed, 4 pools to make the kids happy. And you could walk straight out onto the sand. So it was perfect for us. Older but clean. Unit 364 for just what we needed. Would love to stay again!

Can't wait to go back

Condo was on the smaller side, but no big deal for the three of us. The only issue I had was balcony floor was covered in cigarette ash. We had to wear shoes while on balcony.

This condo needs major TLC. The pictures are deceptive and not true to the state that the condo is in. The location to the beach is great! Had a great time with the family but the condo was in rough shape.

Perry good stay...

The condo itself was nice. The only issue was the amount of noise at night by other guests. There were very loud people in the pool after it was supposed to be closed. I attempted to call security, but they did not answer.

Simple

Easy booking with Poole. Had some issues with parking passes. (Told one thing but had to do another) The condo is a tad smaller than the pics online. Perfect for a weekend getaway and comfy enough for a family of 4 maybe 5. Love that it overlooked one of the pools. Kitchen water pressure isn’t great.

OK For Beach Front

Beds Both Couch Bed And Queen Bed Upstairs Were Horrible Air Conditioner Was Out Of Service Slept In 90 Degree Heat No one apologized for it or offered a free night. Will Not be back For Sure

Disappointed and disgusted

Large stain on the bedspread, dirty and stained washcloth on the bathroom floor. Disinfectant odor was so strong, it was unpleasant. We only stayed the first night and checked into a hotel. Couch was so shabby and worn , not an inviting place to sleep. Carpet on the stairs was dirty. Ugh!

Not impressed at all

First time at Gulf Shores & wasn't impressed at all, hardly any good atmosphere. All the sheets on our beds had sand all in them so I know they were not clean. Pictures mad condo look much bigger than it was. Side view of ocean not good, you had to lean all the way over the balcony to see just a little of the ocean. One of the elevators was broke down for 3 days of our stay before they fixed it, had to use stairs & we were on top floor. Pools were nice & clean & snack bar was good. Will not stay there again though.

Perfect family getaway

Very clean, lots of linens, all appliances worked. Pull out sofa bed was very comfy as was the bed. Bathroom downstairs small but so convenient. Steep stairs but our toddler managed well. TVs were nice and great reception. Bar was nice to eat on. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots & pans and utensils. Building is older but everything worked. Balcony overlooks pool but you can see the ocean in the day time. Kiddie pool and regular pools were fabulous. Convenient location and easy direct access to the beach made life golden. We are already planning our trip for next year. Ike’s Beach Rentals were well worth the money to have nice chairs and an umbrella set up and taken down every day so we didn’t have to lug that stuff up and down. Great grandmother, granddaughter, and great granddaughter all enjoyed covered parking close to the elevator. Well worth the cost of the parking pass. Cajun carry out across the street has steamed seafood, delicious casseroles, and soup all to go. Walmart delivers your groceries. We can’t wait to go back!

Cheap but neglected

Overall you get what you pay for I guess. This is one of the cheaper units per night at Sugar Beach & now I understand why. Upon arrival we walk into a wet floor. The downstairs toilet had overflowed & was clogged. Maintenance did respond quickly. There isn't blinds in the upstairs bedroom. All extra pillows are covered in stains. The upstairs TV had no remote & the cable connection was falling out of the wall with no connector. So we went out & purchased a new cable & remote. Definitely no pride in ownership on this unit.
