Great location, restaurants, shops and grocery right across the road. Beach and pool were both really close. Host Ryan was very proactive and answered every question promptly.

Love the smaller property’s! We were there over Labor weekend and never had to wait on an elevator. Super close walk to the beach. The condo had plenty of space for our group of 6. It could definitely hold more people. Bunks in 2 rooms is a plus! The host is very easy to reach if needed. A table on the balcony would have been nice to have. When I reached out to the host, he was apologetic. There had been some bad weather that had damaged it and he is replacing it asap. Ice maker was wonderful to have!!! Would stay at this property again.

Great place to stay! Only issue we had during our stay was the kitchen faucet was very difficult to turn off and the master bedroom bathroom toilet seemed to be very loud & took longer than normal to finally shut off. Overall though, it was a great place to stay on the beach!!Thanks Ryan!

Girls trip

This was our first time to stay here and we loved this place! The bathrooms and bedrooms were super roomy and the entire condo was very clean. The huge wrap around balcony was nice and spacious. The proximity to the pool and beach were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Plenty of space and great location!

This was a great rental for many reasons. Having three full bathrooms was hard to find and these were perfect. The view was gorgeous to wake up to every day and we were so close to shopping and restaurants.

Cozy accommodations in the perfect location

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and was the perfect accommodation for our 3 families. The owner communicated with us in a very timely manner before and during our stay. There is a reserved owner’s parking spot the owner gave us permission to use, so we were able to park 3 cars on property. We were extremely happy about our accommodations and will add this one to our favorites list!

The host was very responsive when I had to contact him. My issue is more with the building than the room, although there were some issues. I have stayed at the enclave for 6 years now and this year the property and cleanliness has gone down drastically. The gate to access the beach is supposed to lock but it never worked the entire week. There were multiple families with children that were not staying at the enclave had full access to both pools without supervision. The enclave no longer has a 24 hour security guard and its quite visible, things left out by the pools every night, the kids screaming and rough housing in the pool at night. The room did not have a shade on the sliding door access to the balcony, and being on the second floor at the pool, everyone could see in our room. The parking can be a nightmare and although we did not have a problem due to owners parking space and making sure prior to arrival paying for a spot(which is new) multiple people said they had to park off property for hundreds of dollars. We had a great vacation, but I don't think we will stay at the enclave again.

Great condo for extended family vacation

It was a good location it was close to the pool and beach. You could enjoy watching the beach and the Gulf right from the balcony. The Gulf was closed for swimming a lot of our stay, but we enjoyed the beach and cooled off in the pool. The day we left, it had finally settled down, and we spotted dolphins from our balcony. We had all the appliances we needed including ice maker . The condo had a great setup for the group, We could walk across the street for shopping and restaurants, Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot every day.

Spring Break with Family

Outside of the weather on a couple of days, the stay was awesome. The condo was great; well furnished and plenty of room. We took full advantage of the washer/dryer and jetted tub. The location could not have been better...2nd floor, closet condo to the beach access, great view and easy walking access to lots of commercial stores. Based on previous reviews, we were worried about parking, but we never had an issue. We easily found parking at the condo every time. Our experience was great. We will look to return in the future. Thank you.

Excellent Stay: Super Clean Condo and Very Responsive Owner

Condo was super clean and well appointed. Owner was VERY responsive. We arrived on Sunday and had an issue with a door sensor for the A/C, he responded immediately and gave us a "quick fix" until he had the A/C serviced first thing Monday morning. We were very pleased with our stay and our communications with Mr. Parry. The complex itself did seem a little more busy than the last time we stayed, but it was Spring Break and they have done an amazing refurb on the outside pool - so maybe that is bringing more people in. :)

COZY

This condo has everything you will need down to extra bedding, pack in play for your little ones, and a side closet full of beach toys. The owners went above and beyond reaching out, making sure our stay was going well. The extra parking spot was a bonus, we had 3 vehicles so there were a few nights we had to park one of our cars behind Walmart just across the street (paid parking, within walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped, kid friendly dishes included. This was the first condo out of many that I was not consistently worried about the kids playing on the balcony. A few items were left behind, I messaged Ryan, items were located and being mailed. AGAIN, ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I highly recommend this unit!

Great location and great setup. Ryan was great to work with. Loved that the Enclave wasn't a big building. We got to know several people because of the quaintness. This unit was on the 2nd level right by the stairs and not far from the elevator. It was great for our family which the ages ranges from 14 months to my 77 year old mother who can't walk very far. The walk to the pool or to the beach was short. And if she didn't feel like getting out, she could sit on the balcony to watch my grandkids, her great-grandkids in the pool. We loved the zero entry outdoors pool.
