We loved having a great choice of restaurants to walk to as well as a fantastic local grocery store. The neighborhood was charming, the atmosphere was pure California!

Fantastic stay in La Jolla. The host is extremely communicative, the residence is lovely and well equipped, and everything is super organized (and labeled) for ease of use. It's a great, walkable neighborhood, with shops and stores close by.We had a great week here while visiting our daughter at UCSD and would definitely stay again!

The floor plan was great for our family of four, we loved that the entire living space was on the same floor. It was very clean, light, and airy. Great place for us to come back to and rest after our busy days of activities in San Diego and walking distance to the La Jolla beaches. We mostly parked out front and never had issues finding a spot. Host was responsive and helpful when we had questions! Highly recommended

Easy walk to La Jolla shops and restaurants in very quiet neighborhood and 2 blocks from beautiful Pacific Ocean sunsets!! Amazing cool ocean breezes!

We had a great stay at this lovely property. We are a family of four with teens aged 14 & 16. The space worked great for our family and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach, Valley Farm Market (which had a lovely selection of food) and great coffee (Immersion Coffee). It was a short drive to La Jolla shores and a great base to explore San Diego (we visited the zoo, Balboa Park and the hop on hop off trolley tour). Lisa communicated well throughout. I would highly recommend a stay here and we hope to return one day!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! Lisa was very responsive with communications. The location is great and close to many restaurants and activities. The home is extremely clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Parking on the street in front of the home can be difficult because of the high school down the street, but it was never a problem for us as we were rarely there during the day. Pop Up Bagels and the Taco Stand were two of our favorites. You can’t beat the location, would definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment is near enough to walk to ocean and some restaurants. The space has large windows with nice light and a nice view of sunsets. It is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with items for cooking. Host responded quickly to questions/concerns during stay. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this gem in La Jolla. It is well appointed throughout with high quality beds and bed linens, every kitchen item you would possibly need, beach towels, and bathroom soaps. The location is very convenient to the beach and the main downtown area (short walk of 10-20 minutes. And the street is very quaint and quiet. There are also a few restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. This is definitely a 5 star vacation rental. Highly recommend.

We have previously stayed at this unit. The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds, linens and towels are also extremely clean. The kitchen has everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The owner is always wonderful and available anytime we need. Highly recommended.

This units was not only exceptionally clean, it was fully stacked with everything we needed from housewares to cleaning and bathroom supplies. The owner was extremely responsive and wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers about the great location, well-stocked kitchen, and responsive owner. My only issue is that the blinds in the bedrooms are translucent, so the rooms do not darken at night. There are no curtains or window shades. Since I don't sleep well unless it's dark, I am sad to say that I won't be back.

Amazing Place in La Jolla

The property was incredibly located and extremely comfortable. Lisa was super fast in responding requests. Definitely will rent again one of her properties.

The unit was on the second floor and was very nice. Plenty of light, looked new with well equipped kitchen, great internet access, partial ocean view. Patio for use is on the ground floor in front of the unit. As we were there in December, we didn’t spend any time on the patio. Location was wonderful!! Within walking distance of beach, downtown La Jolla, supermarket, Pop-Up Bagels and church. Lisa, the property manager, was wonderful. Provided information and answered any questions quickly. Even checked in with us by email after we got settled. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return in the future.

Excellent property

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property--it's clean, spacious, bright, and close to everything (including the beach and the restaurants). The kitchen is outstanding, as is the outdoor seating area. The owner is very prompt in responding to inquiries, too. It's a great property. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect La Jolla

This property was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood setting. Within walking distance of beach and town center. The kitchen is well provisioned with dishes and food prep items, and the full size major appliances worked great. We had plenty of towels! We really appreciated the option of opening the windows and using fans OR running AC. Absolutely no issues with Wifi. Would love to stay here again.
